About this property

Spacious house on the edge of the Peak District

A large Spacious property built in 1840 for the Station master of Midland Railway, the house is well equipped for large parties.

Our house enjoys views over the Derwent Valley and has a private rear terrace perfect for outdoor dining with the inbuilt BBQ and outdoor seating.

It makes a fine base to explore the peak district and is located a stones throw away from Ambergate train station making travel by train really easy.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Noise to be kept to a minimum on the rear terrace
All bed linen to be removed before departure leaving the matress and pillow protectors in place
Car park has an in and an out, please do not block the car park or the gate at the end (access required 24/7)
