Sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft!!

Wir könne die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen. Sehr schönes, sauberes Haus mit eigenem Pool. Uneinsehbares Grundstück, mit wundervoller Aussicht. Sehr aufmerksamer, zuvorkommender Vermieter. Sollten wir nochmal in den Süden Sardiniens kommen, würden wir das Haus jederzeit erneut buchen. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und man ist in wenigen Metern am Strand. Ein Auto ist auf jeden Fall von Vorteil.

Sehr empfehlenswertes Haus

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in der Villa Ara. Es war alles vorhanden was man braucht. Es liegt sehr ruhig und es gibt alles in der Nähe einen Strand, ein Restaurant und ein Supermarkt. Alles auch zu Fuss zu erreichen. Die Kinder fanden den Pool super. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Sehr gemütlich

Ein schönes kleines Ferienhaus mit allem was man sich wünschen kann. Waren 10 Tage vor Ort im Haus B. Ob Pool, Grill, Küche, Bad alles perfekt. Der Vermieter sehr bemüht und unkompliziert. Das einzige ohne Auto ist man aufgeschmissen da der Strand in der Nähe schön ist aber andere Strände können mehr.

hübsche kleine Ferienvilla in Süd-Sardinien

Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, tolles Haus, sehr sauber mit guter Ausstattung. Am Rand des Ferienhausgebietes. Der Garten der hinteren Doppelhaushälfte ist am Hang gelegen und nicht einsehbar. Man ist wirklich ungestört, bis auf die Überlandstraße. Im Umkreis von 10 Autominuten: 1 Supermarkt, 1 Restaurant, 3 Strände

AGREABLE SEJOUR

Nous étions dans la villa ARA B,conforme au site, reposant malgré la route juste derrière. Les espaces verts sont très bien entretenus. Idéal pour un couple, petit bémol, le frigo fait beaucoup de bruit même en étant au minimum. Nous avons passés un bon séjour et recommandons vivement cette location.

Toller Aufenthalt in Villa Ara B!

Wir verbrachten zwei wunderbare Wochen auf Sardinien. Vorab, Sardinien ist immer eine Reise wert. Diese Insel bietet so viele Möglichkeiten und in Sachen Lebensmittel, Wasser etc. eine super Qualität. Massimiliano ist wirklich toll. Er ist unglaublich nett und sorgte sich zu jeder Zeit um unser Wohl. Die An- sowie die Abreise mit Übergabe der Schlüssel gestaltete sich völlig unkompliziert. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Wir haben über die beiden Wochen nichts vermisst. Ich für meine Seite empfehle einen Aufenthalt jedoch nur für zwei maximal drei Personen, da der Platz schon sehr eingeschränkt ist. Ansonsten sind wir rundum zufrieden gewesen. Es war für alles gesorgt. Grillkohle, Waschmittel, Müllbeutel, Geschirr, Kaffee usw. Wir mussten uns hierüber keine Gedanken machen. Villa B empfiehlt sich sehr für Leute die auch gerne mal einen Platz im Schatten suchen. Unter dem Olivenbaum bekommt man dies den ganzen Tag. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist die SP-17 die an der Villa vorbei führt. Es hat uns nie wirklich gestört, war aber hin und wieder ein Geräuschfaktor, den es zu berücksichtigen gilt. Ansonsten liegt Villa Ara wirklich toll. Leicht erhöht hat keiner der umliegenden Nachbarn Einsicht auf das Grundstück von Villa B. Sehr viel Natur umgibt diese Villa, viele tolle Vogelarten und Naturgeräusche. Die Strände in Torre Delle Stelle sind sehr schön gelegen und bieten sehr viel Platz. Parkplätze sind ebenfalls genug vorhanden. Der Weg ist problemlos zu Fuß bestreitbar. Sollten wir wieder in dieser Gegend Urlaub machen, werden wir sicher bei Massimiliano nachfragen.
