A single property, "VillaCasa Marbella," divided into 3 apartments—available for rent as a whole so you can enjoy it with friends or family: All rooms have air conditioning.<br><br>- VillaCasa-7 on the ground floor (3 bedrooms + 3 bathrooms + kitchen + living room with fireplace) <br><br>- VillaCasa-5 on the ground floor (2 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms + kitchen + living room with fireplace) <br><br>- VillaCasa-3 on the ground floor (3 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms + kitchen + living room), <br><br>There is a 160 m² "Funny Club" lounge (which includes a heated indoor saltwater pool, gym, game room, and gathering area with a fireplace)<br><br>It’s a 5-minute walk to the beach, a 5-minute drive from city centre Marbella (historic centre and marina), and a 13-minute drive from Puerto Banús<br><br>Marbella is a city for everyone, whether on holiday or not; it has 27 km of beach, many restaurants, shops, bars, nightclubs, etc.<br><br>VillaCasa features:<br>- A 1,500 m² garden to enjoy with friends or family<br>- Wi-Fi (fibre optic, max. speed)<br>- 3 saltwater pools, one of which is an indoor heated pool, so you can swim year-round <br>- Game room with TV and foosball<br>- Parking for 7 cars<br><br> Starting May 9, 2021, we will comply with COVID regulations or laws issued by both the Andalusian Regional Government and the national government (regarding capacity limits, curfews, etc.)<br>- All bedrooms and living rooms are equipped with air conditioning.<br><br>VERY IMPORTANT:<br>- Strict Cancellation Policy: Non-Refundable<br>- No pets allowed<br>- The maximum number of guests (28 people) must not be exceeded.<br>- Not suitable for celebrations (weddings, First Communions, baptisms, etc.)<br>- Do not use glassware in the pools<br>- Valid identification must be presented (passport, ID card, DNI, NIE, or driving licence). At least one person must be over 25 years of age<br>- Guests must register with the Traveller Registry on Chekin, in accordance with Spanish law
