Cooking facilities include full size fridge and freezer, air fryer, double induction hobs, toaster, microwave and kettle Lovely completely sunny south facing private patio with grape vines to relax and have cocktails after sight seeing or before going out to dinner or shows.

Why they chose this property

Love the abundance of parks and great places to have a drink, eat or go out dancing. Tooting and Brixton markets and Battersea Powerstation nearby too! Short bus ride to Brixton where it’s 5 stops to the West End! Victoria is close too with theatres and train and coach stations. Train to London Bridge from Streatham.. Everything is close but very quiet area at home you can hear the birds singing!

It is down the end of the garden with no houses close to it so really private and secluded - 5star reviews form everyone who has stayed in the little studio!
