Ty'r Efail - the translation of which is Forge House - is a magnificently renovated traditional Welsh cottage that offers space and comfort for every guest. It can accommodate up to 8 individuals in three bedrooms, and has two spacious bathrooms. The contemporary transformation of this cottage offers a luxurious space that is situated by a stream and located in a tranquil valley, with a view of green meadows. It is close to the market town of Llanrwst. It is only a 20-minute drive away from Conwy Castle and the coast or Betws Y Coed. A semi-detached residence, Ty’r Efail has 3 bedrooms. On the bottom floor, you will find a large, open-plan kitchen-living room-diner area with comfy seating and an electric log fire. Additionally, there is a utility room, one bedroom with a king-sized bed and a spacious ensuite wet room. The upper floor has one double bedroom, a large twin room with an extra day bed with a full-sized slide-under single, which can accommodate a total of four in this room. NB. The day bed and slide-out is only suitable for children under the age of 14 years old. There is a family bathroom with a whirlpool bath and a separate shower. The property features a garden with a big patio that overlooks a small stream and open fields next to the cottage. It also includes full central heating, a dishwasher, a washer-dryer, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, an internet connection, a TV with a DVD and Freeview in the living room and bedrooms, and garden furniture. Bed linen and bath towels are included. Please note that the owner will collect a refundable damage bond of £50 for all bookings directly, and this does not form part of the rental cost. An excellent area for walking and wildlife and just a short drive from the beautiful National Trust Bodnant Gardens and the Bodnant food centre. The whole of Snowdonia National Park, the mountains, coastline and all the adventure and activities you could hope for (and some you may never have imagined) are within easy reach of this relaxing cottage, an ideal base for your next holiday.
