This architect-designed summer house with hot tub and sauna from 2022 is located in one of Rømø's most attractive locations, within walking distance of Havneby town center and close to the beach and nature. The summer house is built with high-quality materials and furnished with modern and comfortable furniture. There is a bright kitchen/family room with a dining area connected to the living room. From here, there is access to a lovely, secluded wooden terrace with an electric grill and garden furniture, where you will also find the house's large hot tub, which is ready for use all year round. There are a total of four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The bathroom on the ground floor has access to a sauna. On the first floor, there is a living room with a TV and game console for children and the young at heart, from which there is access to a lovely balcony overlooking the beautiful plantation area with heather and lichen-covered dunes. In the family room, it is possible to sleep up to two people on the sofa bed. There is an electrical outlet for charging hybrid or electric cars at the cottage. There are two popular beaches on Rømø. Sønderstrand, located about 1500 m from the cottage, has good parking facilities and is Northern Europe's widest sandy beach with ample opportunity to try go-karts and other types of wind and water sports, as well as Lakolk Strand, which has a lifeguard tower that is manned during the daytime in the summer. Not available for rental to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
