Inside the LA SELVA residence on the first hill of Ghiffa, in a sunny and panoramic position, there is the Barbara apartment, completely newly renovated. The bright living room has a dining table, satellite TV and a double sofa bed. The kitchen area open to the living room is well equipped. The bedroom has a double bed and a large wardrobe. The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower. The living room leads to a large private terrace, about 20 m2. equipped with a dining table, deck chairs and umbrella, from which you can enjoy a spectacular lake view. Behind the house there is a reserved and covered parking space. In the residence there are tennis courts (for a fee), swimming pool and solarium included in the price. In front of Barbara there is Bella Rosa apartment, it is possible to rent them together. At 300 m. you reach the lake and the beaches. In 5 min. by car you can reach the center of Verbania or Ghiffa with bars, restaurants and shops and the port to reach the famous Borromean islands.
