Cosy apartment just 5 minutes walking from the beach of Arenal d'en Castell. The apartment is located in a community with shared garden and swimming pool. Very quiet residential area with a family atmosphere. About 200 metres away are bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and a commercial area. There is also a pharmacy, car hire, ideal for a family holiday.
The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 3 people and has been recently renovated.
It consists of a living room with air conditioning, with an open kitchen with an American bar, fully equipped with microwave, fridge, oven and electric hob, kettle, Italian coffee maker and toaster. Independent laundry room with washing machine and drying area.
