Ground floor 2 bedroom apartment consisting of 1 double bed and 2 twin beds. Fully functioning kitchen with electric oven and cooker, fridge freezer and washing machine. TV including English channels 1-5. Fully opening french doors leading out to patio with seating and small grass area. Complex has 2 shared swimming pools a large one and a smaller one for children. The apartment is within walking distance to the beach, bars , restaurants and supermarkets.

Appartement idéal avec 2 chambres avec une très belle piscine. Résidence calme (même en plein mois de juillet) Tout le nécessaire est là pour passer de bonnes vacances !Bon emplacement à proximité du petit supermarché, à quelques minutes de la plage et de l’entrée d’un chemin de rando. Pratique pour dîner et se faire à manger.

Apartamento muy sucio

Ha sido la peor experiencia de nuestras vacaciones, nos destrozaron las vacaciones. Cuando llegamos al apartamento estaba todo muy sucio, cubiertos pegajosos, sucísimos, nevera con restos de comida y toda sucia. Ventilador de la cocina sucísimo, sabanas amarillas llenas de pelos.La propietaria no habla nada español, nos dijo que vendrían a limpiarlo pero no quisimos , después de ver como estaba que según ella estaba limpio, no nos creímos que lo fueran a limpiar en las condiciones correctas. Nos tuvimos que ir a otro sitio, no nos quisimos quedar allí. Ella nos devolvió una parte pero perdimos 500€. En definitiva nos fastidiaron las vacaciones .

Très bon logement

Appart en rez de jardin très agréable. Les plus : mobilier de jardin à l ombre du mur voisin vers 13h donc appréciable quand il fait chaud pour le repas du midi et l après midi. Il n' y a pas de clim mais les ventilateurs de plafond dans chaque chambre sont très efficaces et suffisants. Bonne localisation sur l île pour pouvoir visiter l est et même l ouest de l île a 1h de route max . Les moins: ne pas craindre la proximité avec les voisins car le petit jardin est commun à deux appartements. mmmmmême l ouest 1h de route max.

Toller Urlaub

Super Lage, bis zum Strand ca. 10 min Fußweg (inkl. 75 Stufen runter und dann hoch), aber für uns war der Weg nicht schlimm. Auf den Bildern von der Wohnung sieht man den Garten/Terrasse nicht. Die Gartenmöbel ist sehr veraltet und zu klein, man konnte draußen nicht als Familie Essen, morgens zu sonnig (kein Schirm vorhanden) und abends weil Tisch zu klein ist. Vergleichsweise ist die Möbel (innen und außen) sehr veraltet, in anderen Wohnung ist es renoviert und viel schöner ausgestattet. Gläser fehlen, stehen fast nur Plastikbecher da. Insgesamt müsste aktuell einiges investiert werden, aber ja. Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis ist der Preis für den Zustand zu hoch angesetzt. Dennoch hatten wir einen tollen Urlaub.

Des vacances de rêve

Cet appartement est parfait pour notre composition de famille(2 ados de 13 et 15 ans). Il est bien situé, un piscine superbe… et des plages paradisiaques translucides ! Un tas de restaurants autour, une supérette à 30m avec une large amplitude horaire. Un arrêt de bus pas loin et un loueur de voiture à deux pas. Bref parfait ! Je recommande.

Bel appartement avec coin jardin

Notre séjour c'est très bien passé malgré un début difficile concernant notre connaissance de l'adresse exacte de l'appartement. Appartement confortable, TV un peu petite et surtout mobilier de jardin obsolète ( heureusement nous avons pu profité de celui du voisin absent!)

Location médiocre

La maison est située du côté de la route, le jardin donne sur des voitures. Il y a de l’humidité dans les placards et la cuisine est moyennement équipée. L’accès à la plage est moyen et la maison devrait être rénovée complètement.

Buen Puerto base

Muy limpio. Algo pequeño pero bien. Piscina ideal. Ambiento demasiado British. Poco autentico y desconectado de lo local. Zona algo alejada de la isla, aunque hay playas bonitas relativamente cerca. Coche indispensable si quieres descubrir la isla. Para llegar y quedarte no da.

Super séjour à Minorque

Nous avons passez un agréable séjour à Minorque. L’appartement est très bien situé à Arenal d’en Castell, à quelques pas de la mer et des commerces. La plage d’Arenal est magnifique. Je recommande vivement!

Appart fonctionnel dans joli parc résidentiel

Très bon séjour dans cet appartement situé dans un joli complexe hôtelier plein de charme et disposant de deux piscines. Terrasse avec jardinet en rez de chaussée très agréable. La propriétaire Sharon a organisé une location de lit parapluie pour notre enfant à notre arrivée et est restée très réactive à chacune de nos demandes. Seul bémol, le bruit matinal assez perceptible de l'appartement du dessus lors de notre séjour, ainsi que les animations de la résidence située de l’autre côté de la rue le soir. Sinon nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Limpieza justita

El apartamento está muy bien. Es grande para lo que suelen ser este tipo de apartamentos. Una piscina con jardín y hamacas. Ahora viene el problema, llegamos sobre las 18 de la tarde y el apartamento estaba sin limpiar, asta las 22 de la noche no lo tuvimos listo para entrar. Pero e de decír que la dueña movió cielo y tierra para solucionar el incidente. No es de Menorca era inglesa y desde allí busco otra empresa de limpieza para que se solucionará lo antes posible. La ubicación que te pone no es correcta, te manda a mitad de la montaña. Pensabamos que nos habían engañado. Hay que buscarla por el nombre de la urbanización "Costa arenal" Pese a este incidente, todo bien. Zona tranquila, restaurantes alrrededor y una playa a 5 minutos a pie muy bonita. Y con el coche cualquier lugar está cerca Es de agradecer a la dueña, su atención en todo momento. Nos devolvió el precio de la primera noche por el incidente
