First floor apartment with excellent sea views. Set in landscaped gardens with 2 pools and open and shaded terraces for sun and relaxation. 5 minutes walk to lovely gently shelving sandy beach, ideal for young children. Shops and restaurants are just a few minutes walk. The fishing village of Macaret is a pleasant walk, in high season there is a little train that goes there. Son Parc golf club is a 10 minute drive. Mahon airport 20 minutes drive.

We had a lovely week here. The apartment could do with some more fans as it was very warm and the fans were timed. Other than that couldn’t fault it. Fab view from the balcony.

This is a lovely apartment, it had everything we needed whilst we stayed here. Its very close to the supermarket, the beach was roughly a 9 minute walk. The pool area was very good, plenty of sun beds, and the pool is very clean. My daughter made friends around the pool every day. The only thing the apartment needs, is more fans. In the main bedroom there was a fan attached to the wall, which worked great. In the small bedroom there was a floor fan, which didnt send out much air, and only worked on a timer of 30 minutes, so through the night you had to keep reseting the fan. No fan in the front room area. The balcony was a good size for us to sit out and eat our lunch and dinner around the table. Chairs probably could be updated to the plastic garden chairs, which are a big bigger than the chairs on the balcony. Thank you for letting us stsy at your apartment.We would definitely come back again.

Lovely Holiday

Holiday with my son in August. Lovely, very clean, peaceful spot. Great communication with Paco, the place owner. Close 5 min walk to the beach and near local shop with fresh bakery, fruits and local products. We definitely recommend ❤️🌊Katarzyna and Tadeusz

Great stay

We had a fantastic moment at Paco's apartment. He is a very kind host. The rental is well supplied and well located next to a supermarket, the beach and many restaurants. We also enjoyed the pool in the complex. Only a negative point: we were very hot. There are fans but it's not enough in great heat and even with the windows opened, it's been impossible to make drafts. Wir hatten bereits vor der Buchung vermutet, dass die Fotos mit Weitwinkel aufgenommen wurden und deshalb explizit nachgelesen: 60 qm. Für uns ausreichend und deshalb gebucht. Vor Ort stellte sich jedoch heraus, dass die Wohnung nur max. 40 qm groß ist – über 30 % weniger als beworben. Für vier Personen war sie für uns damit deutlich zu klein. Wir hätten sie nicht gebucht wenn uns die tatsächliche Größe bekannt gewesen wäre.Zusätzlich waren zwei von drei Ventilatoren defekt, die Lamellentüren am Balkon nicht schließbar (Sicherheitsrisiko und mangelnde Lüftungsmöglichkeit) und das WLAN so unzuverlässig, dass wir Datenpakete kaufen mussten. Mit Teenie oder wenn man arbeiten möchte, ärgerlich. Trotz Meldung an FeWo-direkt erhielten wir bis zum Ablauf der Bewertungsfrist keine Rückmeldung. Sauberkeit und Lage Aber top.Warum derart alte und defekte Ventilatoren bereitgestellt und nicht ausgetauscht werden und an Geschirr so gespart wird (je ein Teller und einmal Besteck pro Person, insgesamt nur ein Schälchen, keine Weingläser), ist für uns nicht nachvollziehbar.

Terrasse avec vue splendide

L’appartement de Paco est très propre et très fonctionnel. Grâce à sa double exposition et la possibilité de faire un courant d’air, la température reste très agréable. La vue depuis la terrasse, sur la piscine et la mer, est splendide. La localisation est parfaite pour visiter l’île. Nous avons eu le plaisir de rencontrer Paco et sa femme qui sont charmants. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Arena d'en Castell et ses environs. L' appartement est conforme aux descriptions, propre, bien équipé. La vue de la terrasse est magnifique, belle piscine, vue mer, terrain bien entretenu et fleuri...et le soleil était bien au rendez-vous pour cette première semaine de juin.Paco, le propriétaire était disponible pour nous transmettre tous les renseignements.Nous conseillons ce logement.

Älteres Apartment in schöner Anlage

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub. Das Apartment ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, hat aber seinen Zweck erfüllt. Die Anlage ist sehr schön. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war sehr gut. Die Gegend hat uns gut gefallen, das Meer zu Fuss erreichbar, einige nette Restaurants und Bars, sowie kleine Supermärkte in der Nähe.

Wunderschöne Ferien

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche auf Menorca mit allem was dazu gehört. Das Appartement liegt in einer schönen, sehr gepflegten Anlage, da das Meer allerdings sehr nah ist, haben wir den Pool nicht genutzt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war unkompliziert, alles war wie besprochen vor sortieren, die Wohnung sauber und auf dem Balkon lässt es sich wunderbar frühstücken. Ein kleiner Abzug für d it e benachbarte Ferienanlage und dort laute Parties bis in die Nacht. Insgesamt aber ein traumhafter Urlaub!

Perfekter Urlaub

Die Unterkunft entspricht genau den Angaben und Fotos und der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Der Blick auf die Bucht ist fantastisch, die Betten bequem und die Küche ausreichend ausgerüstet. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und der Pool groß. Arenal d’en Castell bietet einen schönen, fußläufig zu erreichenden Stand, Restaurants und Lebensmittelgeschäfte sind ebenfalls in der Nähe und man kommt mit dem Auto von dort sehr gut zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten und Wanderrouten. Die Kommunikation mit Paco ist sehr einfach und schnell und er war sehr entgegenkommend bei Anfragen. Somit ein perfekter Ort für einen entspannten Urlaub.

L'hébergement est top! Très propre. Bien équipé. Le propriétaire est disponible et réactif. Le seul petit bémol : nous étions fin avril et il faisait très froid. L'hébergement n'a pas de chauffage et il faisait très froid dans l'appartement. Mais nous n'avons pas eu de chance pour la météo.

Fantástico para unos días de descanso

Estuvimos una semana en familia. Mucha tranquilidad, el apartamento es amplio y cómodo. La terraza con bonitas vistas. La piscina comunitaria es estupenda, con mucho césped y tumbonas. La playa está cerca, a unos 5 minutos a pie. Lo único mejorable es que no tiene aire acondicionado y con los ventiladores no es suficiente si salen días muy calurosos.

Schöner Aufenthalt

Es hat alles gepasst. Sehr schöne Anlage, wunderbare Aussicht vom Balkon. Der Gastgeber war gut erreichbar, hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Im Hochsommer könnte es ohne Klimaanlage etwas warm werden, hat uns im Juni nicht gestört.
