Our lovely little let offers self catering accommodation ideally situated in the Beautiful village of Birnam a short 5 minute walk from nearby Dunkeld with its many shops, bars and restaurants.

In our renovated 2 bedroom maisonette apartment you'll find all you need for a relaxing stay in this warm and inviting space with the luxury of a hotel stay. Sleeps 4 adults comfortably and also a baby cot is available also, and your furry friends are welcome :)

Conveniently situated on Murthly terrace opposite the Birnam Arts and Conference centre and Beatrix Potters Garden with coffee shops, shops and restaurants available in both Birnam and neighbouring Dunkeld. With beautiful walks by the River Tay 5 minutes from the property, and loads of free parking if travelling in a car.

What makes this property unique

The accommodation comprises; entrance hallway an impressive bright and spacious sitting room with a comfortable dining area.
A modern fitted well equipped kitchen with integrated hob/oven, dishwasher and washing machine.
Two generous double bedrooms in traditional Scottish decor and a compact but stylish bathroom. The property further benefits from double glazed timber sash and case windows throughout and is fitted with gas central heating for warm cosy nights.
