Stalletta: A typical Tuscan stone house with a pool and air conditioning

Casa Stalletta is a typical Tuscan stone farmhouse for four people, completely renovated and decorated with traditional taste and all modern comforts. It is nestled in a large garden with a solarium and a large swimming pool. The house is located in Borgo4case, a small group of independent houses that accommodates a total of 12 people. The houses in the village are close to each other, but privacy is ensured by awnings and shrubs.

La Stalletta has a separate entrance and parking, two private verandas with a table, barbecue, and lounge area. A spiral staircase connects the ground-floor living area to the sleeping area on the first floor.

The swimming pool, shared with Borgo4case guests, is saltwater, purified without chemical chlorine. It doesn't sting the eyes or irritate the skin. It is open from May to September. In autumn and spring, it is covered and slightly heated thanks to the greenhouse effect of the roof.

The bedrooms are air conditioned and heated, and the kitchen is fully equipped.

Pisa, Florence, Siena, and Volterra are all within easy driving distance for a day trip. Lucca, with its historic center and medieval walls, is 25 km away. The wine routes of the Lucca hills are 5 km away. Pietrasanta, the city of marble artists, is 12 km away. A day trip to the Cinque Terre can be done by train, departing from Viareggio. Speleology is within reach at the Antro del Corchia and the Grotta del Vento. The marble quarries of the Apuan Alps in Carrara are 20 km away. In Forte dei Marmi: an 18-hole golf course and all the international boutiques. In Viareggio: the float parades of Italy's second largest Carnival.

An excellent pizzeria restaurant is located 1.5 km from Casa Stalletta.

Check-in and check-out: Guests are expected to arrive between 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Departure is by 9:00 AM.
