E' dotata di un grande terrazzo vista mare di 50 mq, ad uso esclusivo degli ospiti, munito di doccia esterna, sempre esposto al sole dall'alba al tramonto.
Il quartiere si caratterizza per la sua tranquillità, ed a 500 metri dalla casa si trovano un centro sportivo, un ristorante ed il negozio di alimentari.
