806 Tennismaster is an updated 3 bedroom, 3.5 townhouse in Shipyard Plantation. This gorgeous end unit has beautiful golf course views. The decor is light, bright and airy right out of the pages of Coastal Living magazine. You may never want to leave this slice of heaven! The main living level hosts the living room, kitchen, dining room and master bedroom. The kitchen has stainless-steel appliances, a gorgeous tile backsplash, and beautiful stone countertops. Adjacent is the dining area with a table that will seat up to 8 people. This area flows into the living area which has a lovely sectional sofa and views of the golf course. Enjoy your morning coffee on your private deck which is accessed through the living room sliders. Also located on this level is the master suite which is outfitted with king bedding and has a private bath. Upstairs on the 2nd level are 2 bedrooms. One bedroom has 2 twin beds with a queen and the other bedroom has a king bed. Both bedrooms have private decks and private bathrooms. All the bedrooms and the living area are outfitted with large TVs. Enjoy all the amenities of Shipyard Plantation including playing on any of the 3 golf courses or ride bikes down to the Shipyard Beach Club! You will love everything this beautiful villa has to offer!

Perfect location, excellent house

House is great, everything was perfect. Quick bike to the beach or out to Pope for food or playgrounds. Kids loved watching golfers from the back patio. Plenty of room for everyone.

Great place!

We've come to Shipyard every year for at least 20 years. This home was a great place for our family to relax and hang out. It was close to all the thing we love: the beach, Coligny, bike paths, etc. Nicely updated and equipped!

Fantastic condo unit and can't wait to return....

This unit is very well appointed, tastefully decorated and an amazing kitchen. One of the best stocked kitchens in my 35 years of traveling to Hilton Head. The condo is nicely presented clean and well maintained. This location is centrally located and convenient to the beach, shopping & restaurants. I would highly recommend your beautiful home and cant wait to return.

Great Location

This was a great location and property. The bikes, chairs, and boogie boards arrived and were there before us! I was also very thankful that there were plenty of beach towels in the house as well. The only thing that we ran out of was trash bags. We would recommend this property!

Perfect location on HHI

We had an amazing stay. Tennismaster location is so convenient- beach is just a quick bike ride or walk away and Coligny Plaza is also nearby! Layout was perfect for us; the 3rd bedroom with single beds suited the needs of our older teens. We’ve stayed in several areas on HHI but Shipyard felt quieter and the bike paths weren’t as crowded. Beds were super comfy. Kitchen well stocked with cooking supplies. Sure, some of the finishes are slightly dated but this location can’t be beat. Would definitely stay again!

Nice placw

The place was nice and clean. It was close enough you could walk to beach if you wanted. Pool was close as well. Parking not good if you had more than two cars. Also you would only have one parking beach access pass. Did not have a fitness center on site.

Large condo, great location

This was our first time staying in The Shipyard. We liked the location of this property and overall liked the condo but the condo could use some TLC. The one major complaint was finding dead and live cockroaches on several different days. Bugs happen, especially in the south, but there needs to be more frequent treatments to keep these out of the condo. Otherwise, the condo had very good amenities. Internet was fast, there was a very nice grill outside, and plenty of seating for 6 adults and 3 small children.

Beautiful property

Everything was great but the cleanliness! We found little pieces of trash and crumbles everywhere, under the beds and in the corners. We cleaned everything ourselves before using bathrooms and kitchen. The dining table was full of crumbs and the dishes on the shelves were mostly dirty. That’s a shame since everything else was gorgeous. Maybe the cleaning company needs to be better supervised. Thank you for the nice stay though!

Disaster stay from start to finish

We had issues checking in on the very first day, my son tried to eat multiple dead bugs off the ground in the bedroom and living room, and the cleaner arrived early before check out time and threw away the majority of our fridge and freezer items as well as 100+ ounces of frozen breastmilk that we worked hard to keep frozen during hurricane Helene. We arrived 45 minutes or so before check out time and my breastmilk was thawing in the sink in scalding hot water, and all my homemade baby food of soups and meatballs in nice glass storage containers had been tossed. Other foods were set aside in the cleaner’s car. The property manager did apologize and offer a large amount of money as compensation for the food and breastmilk, but it really doesn’t cover what was lost. One last comment-if you stay here be very careful of the hot water temp, especially if you have children. This water gets way too hot for what should be considered safe.

Our family of 6 had an incredible stay at this lovely property! Location to beach, pool, and Coligny were perfect. Nicely stocked kitchen, extremely comfortable beds, and beautiful coastal decor. Thank you for a great week with our family!

Excellent beach vacation

House had ample space. Well maintained and clean. We cooked all our meals here for a week though we brought all our own ingredients. The community pool is directly across the street and very convenient. Renting bicycles was turned out to be great for getting to and from the beach everyday and going around town. The beach is walkable and the unit is essentially where the overflow beach parking would be, but it is still very hot the first week of August. This was not an issue for my family but be advised that this listing is managed by a rental company called The Vacation Company. The service and the property were excellent but be careful that you read the contract and cancellation policy especially which is different than what is specified on VRBO (30 day cancellation on the contract versus 1 week advertised on VRBO).

Fabulous & close to beach!

We loved our stay! Kids thought the bunk beds were amazing. My king bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in! We biked to the beach every day and walked across to the pool daily. We had one issue with our tv and it was resolved asap. Would love to return to this property! Also, the pond out back had little frogs and turtles that we enjoyed watching.

Great location and plenty of sleeping accommodations for larger groups. Bedrooms great size as well as TVs. Outdoor deck and potential 3 season room would be some nice upgrades. Bathrooms need an update and kitchen could also use upgrade in cookware at this price point. Love location of grill off the kitchen. Still a very enjoyable stay

Stress free stay

Best equipped kitchen we have ever had. There is a Keurig coffee maker even though not listed. Walk to the beach is more like 15 minutes but a nice walking path so not an issue. Our group of three couples all enjoyed our stay at this property.

Golf views, great pool

We had a great time at this property! The living room is very comfortable with the sectional couch...plenty of room for our group of 8. The decorations were very cute and beachy. The property backs up to golf course views, just watch out for the alligators. :) It was nice to have a bathroom for each of the bedrooms, however the upstairs bathrooms were a little small for comfort. There was plenty of storage space and the washer/dryer were very convenient. The kitchen could have been a little more stocked and organized but we made it work. The sliding glass door got stuck but we called maintenance and they came quickly to fix it...great service! It is about a 15 minute walk from the beach but the pool is about a 1 minute walk and it was a nice, large and very warm pool. Overall this property was clean and a great value. We would recommend it!

Great stay, two little improvement suggestions

Kitchen could have been better stocked, very limited cooking apparatus. Need to spray for mosquitos in the home - there were tons and hatchlings, they are somehow nesting inside the home. Other than that,everything was great!!!

Relaxing Beach Vacation

The online reservation was quick and easy. The beach house was a close distance to the beach and accommodated our 5 adults, 1 child quite well. The kitchen was amazingly well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, dishes, etc. We did have to buy propane for the grill, but other than that, we were able to prepare and cook meals as well as eat out. The house was clean and nicely maintained. It was very comfortable for us. I would go back again and could recommend this property to friends.

Our experience at this property was a good one. It was clean and comfortable. The property was quiet, next to the golfing green and it was fun to not only watch the golfers but also the abundant wildlife. The property had everything and anything you could need. We had a great time.
