The Space:

Welcome to this lovely villa at 23 The Cottages! You'll find 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, all updated and ready for your stay. The primary bedroom, complete with an ensuite bathroom, is situated on the first floor. The second and third bedrooms are located upstairs, with the first bedroom showcasing a queen bed and the second bedroom having two full-size beds. Additionally, there is a twin rollaway bed in the closet, perfect for an extra kiddo if needed!



Our villa is located in the prime Shipyard Community, offering easy access to endless miles of bike trails. The Shipyard Beach Club is just a 10-15 minute bike ride away, while Coligny Plaza shops and restaurants and Lowcountry Celebration Park are also within easy reach. You can do as much or as little as you like while you're on the island. * Shipyard is a gated community in which every vehicle must have a gate pass for entry. One gate pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you require additional passes, please request the exact number needed to ensure they are prepared in advance. Each pass has a fee of $45. All gate passes must be picked up at the host2coast office prior to entry.

Access codes are provided just prior to your arrival and auto-generated for each booking. You can also find your code in our Guest App. Keyless entry, no contact check-in and checkout.

Almost everything you will need is within walking distance, so bring your walking shoes! There are free trolley stops at various locations throughout the island.
