The house is ideal for a family of 2 traveling to Seville and wanting to be in the very center, 5 minutes from Plaza de la Encarnación and surrounded by bars, restaurants and services. It is located in a typical Sevillian patio house in a 2-story building, and that has 2 neighbors. On the top floor there is a nice and pleasant terrace where you can watch the sunset with a glass of wine in hand

The house has a spacious living room with an open kitchen. Television and WIFI. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, hob and oven, as well as a fridge and freezer.
It has two bedrooms, one with two single beds (one of them trundle) and the other with a double bed. 2 bathrooms with bathtub, one ensuite. You can also enjoy the glass corridor with incredible light and that overlooks the Sevillian patio. On the upper floor you can enjoy the magnificent terrace that has a table and chairs to spend a pleasant evening at sunset.

It is very important that you keep in mind that it is my own home, so my belongings are in cabinets and drawers.
If you want you can have a bottle of wine from the pantry or a tablet of chocolate, my intention is that in my house you live a real experience.

My family lives upstairs so anything needed will be taken care of immediately.

Fin lejlighed med god beliggenhed

Lejligheden var ren og pæn med udgang til lille lukket gård med 2 timers sol (maj) samt adgang til dejlig tagterasse to etager oppe, hvor der var sol hele dagen. Der kan dog blive ret blæsende deroppe. Køkken med almindeligt udstyr og basale ingredienser (krydderier, mel etc). Udover soveværelset er der et børneværelse, hvor en voksen godt kan sove. Seværdigheder ligger 15-30 minutters gang væk, og der er talrige busforbindelser tæt på lejligheden, der ligger i roligt og behageligt kvarter med indkøb tæt på; dog var der en del støj fra naboer, der stod tidligt op og gik meget sent i seng, men der var stille i dagtimerne. Man kan fint tage bussen til og fra lufthavn, og ellers kan man booke taxa på nettet - f.eks. Welcome Pickups, der var der til tiden (kl 04). Kan anbefale lejligheden.

Sevilla ist eine Reise wert

Die Wohnung war sehr schön und sauber. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin ohne Probleme und eigentlich herzlich . In der Beschreibung der Wohnung hat für Menschen mit Knieproblemen lediglich der Hinweis gefehlt, dass die schöne Terrasse 2 Treppen über der Wohnung lag.
