Sharmin welcomed us very well

Sharmin welcomed us very well (despite our late landing). The accommodation is sufficient for a weekend and located 10min walk from the metro.

Good acccomodation for short stay in London

Very good location but the outside of the building looked awful... The inside of the apartment has been renovated and is ok for a short stay (limited equipment for cooking). The communication with the owner was hard, since we could only reach him by phone. There is no self check in, so we had to call the owner, but someone was there to give us the keys in a few minutes after our arrival...

Could be better.

Needed a thorough cleaning. Only 4 towels, no hand towels or dish towels. They asked us to leave after one night stay due to some sort of renovations. The property owner offered another property but did not give an address or details. Only partial refund.

The host would not respond to messages for check in instructions and I had to get VRBO to contact them for response. The host provided two different phone numbers to call upon arrival and only wanted to communicate via WhatsApp. I contacted host when we landed in London and give an eta. Upon arrival to the apartment we had to wait over 15 minutes for someone to come let us in. This was at 23:00 while my husband and I stood outside with our 10 month old baby in an awful neighborhood. We watched multiple drug deals and female solicitation happening during our wait. Once we were let in the apartment by the host’s “colleague” it was not at all what we expected. There were electrical cords all over the floor, paint peeling off the walls, it was NOT safe for a child at all. When I explained my concerns to the host his response was that we were welcome to leave at any time and to contact VRBO about payment since we paid them and not him. Being that it was 23:30 by the time we were let in we had to spend the night listening to the chaos out the window and we left immediately the next morning. The host refused to refund any part of our stay so we had to pay for two different places for our stay in London. I was incredibly disappointed and would not recommend this place to anyone.

l'appartement est situé dans un immeuble à la facade dégradée et dans une rue très sale mais tout est neuf à l'interieur.Manque d'ustensils dans la cuisine ce qui ne permet vraimentr pas de preparer des repas.
