Bungalow with a pool and spectacular ocean views near Sanremo. The Nice airport is only 45 minutes away. EasyJet offers very affordable flights to Nice. The beach is a 20-minute walk away. The friendly owner, Nino, regularly brings you a basket of his organic produce, fruits, and vegetables. The apartments are very clean. There are 3 studios next to each other, each with its own entrance and terrace. There are also three apartments on the property that can accommodate up to five people.

This studio apartment is decorated in a maritime style dominated by white tones; it feels as if you’re living inside a seashell, and in the evening, from the valley, you can hear the sound of the sea not far away. It features a double bed that can be converted into two single beds, plus a sleeper sofa and a large bathroom. Equipped with a kitchen and a large table, it’s perfect for entertaining friends. Ergonomic and functional furnishings ensure you’ll have everything you need, comfortably accommodating up to 3 people. Outdoor garden with ocean views, a pool, and private parking next to the property.
Wine and garden produce let you savour the true taste of country life just a stone’s throw from the sea. Also ideal in the winter.

You’re guaranteed a warm welcome and a very pleasant, relaxing stay in the countryside, where you can go horseback riding, hiking, or cycling along a 25-km-long bike path by the sea that runs from San Lorenzo al Mare to Ospedaletti.

A swimming pool (8.50 x 3.70) with a terrace has recently been installed in the garden. Opening hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. If there is interest, aqua gym classes are organised on weekdays from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

There is a large supermarket (Lidl) in Riva Ligure, about an 8-minute drive away. In Arma di Taggia, there is a large indoor shopping centre with a supermarket, shops, and bars. (Address: Via Privata Roggeri 56, Arma di Taggia.)

The rent does not include bed and bath linens. A linen package can be provided for 18 euros per person and must be paid on site. Tourist tax must also be paid on-site.

This apartment has air conditioning; electricity usage will be billed in cash upon departure. (0.30 cents per kWh)

There is a washing machine 30 metres away that guests are welcome to use.
