Lovely place in Irish countryside with lots of space
We stayed from Monday through to Sunday; 2 adults, 12 years old daughter and 2 dogs.
We had a thoroughly lovely stay here with quiet surrounds, fresh eggs for breakfast and loads of space for the dogs to run around.
We spent a little time initially ensuring the dogs couldn't get out the huge garden because of the sheep and horses that live around you (and who add to the feeling of "being away from it all" ) and they were then free to enjoy their holiday too!
Rowallane gardens next door are beautiful and we had a pleasant afternoon strolling around and enjoying their cake and coffee.
We had a brief initial problem with communications on arrival but this all seems to come from the VRBO messenger system not working correctly at either end, it was all quickly resolved and we had a fine stay.
Thanks Simon, Abbie and Emma
We go to Belfast every summer to visit family. This cottage was absolutely perfect for us. So peaceful but ten minutes drive away from some shops and eating places. The cottage is stunning. We would highly recommend. We will definitely be returning next year if it’s available. Thank you so much to Joanne for information about local area and places to eat. We couldn’t have loved it more X
