Very clean and nice staff.

Perhaps I missed this in the description, but this unit is not easy to move around in for a couple of older people. The unit is very clean and the check in was easy. The pool was not heated (as we expected) but had thought the spa would be heated. The unit is 2 stories. The bedrooms are on the bottom walk out with an entrance to the courtyard a few steps up. The kitchen, dining table and deck (which was fabulous fun for eating or playing games) is located upstairs with an entrance to the parking lot. The 2 floors are accessible by a very narrow and steep metal winding staircase. It would not be a good fit for anyone who could not manage steps. The property is outside of town and you will need a car. I would definitely stay there again, but in a different unit. The manager on duty was helpful with an early check-in and helping with our luggage.

Dear Betzy, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback following your stay at our property in Naxos. We are delighted to hear that you found the unit very clean, enjoyed the fabulous deck, and appreciated the helpfulness of our staff. We understand that navigating the unit may have been challenging, especially given the narrow staircase and the two-story layout. The property, as mentioned in the description, is 75 square metres, and we try to ensure that guests are aware of its structure through detailed photos and information. We apologize if this wasn't clear and will certainly review how we present this information to avoid any future misunderstandings. We are thrilled to know you would consider staying with us again and look forward to welcoming you back. Should you choose to visit us again, we would be happy to assist you in selecting a more suitable unit for your needs. Kind regards, VillaMore
