Villa Coco is a modern, recently built villa (2022), located in a quiet residential area and offering spectacular panoramic sea views. Built with high-quality materials, the villa is fully equipped and ideal for families seeking comfort, privacy, and a relaxing stay on the Costa Brava.



Villa Layout



Access & Parking

The villa is accessed at street level. Via a ramp, up to two cars can enter and park within the private property. Additional cars can be easily parked on the street in front of the villa.



Main Floor



The main floor features an impressive outdoor area with a private infinity swimming pool, surrounded by sun loungers, a pergola with a lounge area, and an outdoor dining table. From here, guests can enjoy truly stunning sea views.



Inside, there is a bright living room with large sliding doors that provide direct access to the pool area, as well as a modern, fully equipped open-plan kitchen with a central island.

This floor also includes a gas BBQ, a laundry room with washing machine, and a separate guest toilet.



On this floor, there are two bedrooms:



Master bedroom with two single beds pushed together, direct access to the pool area, and an en-suite bathroom with shower and integrated sauna.



Second bedroom, smaller and interior (without window), equipped with a fan instead of air conditioning.



First Floor



The upper floor is distributed as follows:



Second master bedroom with two single beds pushed together, Smart TV, and en-suite bathroom with shower and an elegant bathtub integrated into the room.



Third master bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower.



Double bedroom with double bed and Smart TV.



Double bedroom with double bed.



Full bathroom with shower, shared between the last two double bedrooms.

Location



Villa Coco is located in the residential urbanisation of Roca Grossa, on the outskirts of Lloret de Mar. The city centre, restaurants, and supermarkets are less than a 5-minute drive away.

The nearest recommended beach is Cala Canyelles, less than a 10-minute drive: a beautiful sandy cove with a small harbour, beach restaurant, and water activities.

The well-known towns of Tossa de Mar and Blanes are approximately a 15-minute drive away.
