The Villa Rose Bay, located in Ferreiras, Albufeira, is the ideal refuge for your holiday, accommodating up to 11 people (8+3). The property offers Wi-Fi, a private heated saltwater pool (optional extra) and a barbecue.



Upon entering, you will find a winter garden with comfortable sofas for relaxation. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and coffee machine, as well as access to the laundry room with a washing machine and ironing board. The barbecue is also nearby.



On the same floor, there is a bathroom with a shower, two double bedrooms (one with a private bathroom) with access to the exterior, and air conditioning. The living room, with sofas and TV, is connected to the dining room, with a large table for group meals.



On the first floor, there are two remaining bedrooms, both with double beds, air conditioning and a private bathroom (with shower).



The property's exterior includes a fenced pool (ideal for families with children), an outdoor shower and an outdoor dining area. The property also offers private parking for 4 cars.



The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.



Group deposit: € 200 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).

From the 9th to the 11th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.
