Exclusive apartment located in a historic building that has been completely renovated without losing part of its essence. It is located on Calle Santa Patrona a few meters from the Cathedral, the Giralda and the Torre del Oro.
Upon entering the apartment we find the very bright living-dining room that has a comfortable sofa, a dining table with capacity for up to four people, two armchairs, a side table and a balcony with exterior views. The kitchen is integrated into the living room and has all the necessary utensils.
At the bottom right we find the corridor, which distributes the different rooms of the apartment, to the right of this we find the first room with two 90x190 single beds, a large closet and a large window, continuing along the corridor we find the second bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and complete bathroom with shower en suite. Finally, at the end of the corridor we find the second complete bathroom with shower.
The apartment features a magnificent private terrace on the third floor of the building, equipped with a table, chairs, and sun loungers for your enjoyment.
The area of the apartment is magnificent, walking we can reach all the main monuments of the city in a few minutes. In the same area you will find a wide variety of restaurants, typical bars of the city, small and large shops.
The booking of each Genteel Home accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or Whats App, and you can contract or refuse them. The wifi connection was very poor to inexistant due to the rotor being on the lobby therefore we couldn’t get any connection. The property and location was awesome. Thank you Daniel
