This magnificent apartment is located on Padre Marchena Street, inside a beautifully restored traditional Sevillian house divided into three apartments. It is the perfect place to enjoy unparalleled tranquility while being in the best location to explore Seville.
The restoration preserved all architectural details that give value to the building, such as the original wooden beams supporting a high ceiling over 3 meters tall. The living room is elegantly furnished with a mix of classic and modern pieces, featuring a cozy sitting area, dining space, and an open, fully equipped kitchen.
The apartment offers two double bedrooms: one with a double bed measuring 1.60 x 1.90 m and an en-suite bathroom with shower, and another with two single beds measuring 0.90 x 1.90 m each. The second full bathroom with shower is outside the bedrooms, accessible from the living room. Additionally, there is a wonderful furnished terrace on the upper floor, perfect for relaxing and enjoying to the fullest.

Fantasric location in the heart of the city, with easy walking to all the major sites, plenty of restaurants withnin five minutes of the apartment, and local markets for food are within 8 minutes. This apartment was well funished with all the necessay essentials. Very comfortable mattrsses, AC and washer. A beautiful private terrace for relaxing in a very peaceful neighborhood. The host provided great guideance, was easy to work with and provided wonderful communication and updates. Highly recommended for your short of long stay in Seville!

The apartment was perfect for us and the roof terrace a lovely bonus.The road is quiet and in a nice area with restaurants,bars and the sites of Seville close by.My suggestion would be that the apartment is better suited to a family with children as both the second bedroom and bathroom are small.We would be very happy to use this apartment again.

Excellent location, well equipped, very helpful staff to assist with all queries via whatsApp. We enjoyed the roof terrace. There were several local tapas bars nearby, a supermarket and ATM. Minutes walk from the Cathedral. Stairs are steep particularly up to the roof terrace, it would not suit anyone with mobility issues or unsteady on their feet.Will definitely be returning to stay again.
This apartment was wonderful for me, my husband, and his parents! It was centrally located in the old town area, but was very quiet and peaceful in the evening since it’s on a side street. It was clean, comfortable, and had all the needed modern amenities.

Our family of four had a great stay at this apartment. It is modern, nicely decorated and has a comfortable rooftop deck to enjoy. The location was excellent as well. This apartment was in the perfect location to see Sevilla. The actual street was quiet but very close to restaurants and walking and everything you'd need. Absolutely perfect property for two to four people. You just can't beat the location of this property. Close to everything, but nice and quiet at night. The apartment is clean and beautiful with a great roof top terrace. You can literally walk to everything that you want to see. Tons of great bars and restaurants within minutes walk. Save yourself a lot of time looking through other listings, and just book this one.

As others have posted this apartment is in a great location, central and quiet. Property manager was very attentive. It is a third floor apartment (NA metric) so you need to be able to get up two flights of stairs.
Only thing to note is that the bedrooms are not as large as the photos make it look, especially the second bedroom.
We would stay there again.

This apartment was clean, well equipped, and quite comfortable. Our host, Elena, met us at the rental as was extremely helpful in orienting us to rental. The deck was spacious and comfortable. The picture showing the cathedral is misleading, as it can only be viewed when leaning over the deck balcony. Otherwise, an excellent and centrally located VRBO that I would highly recommend.

Overall great stay, super location, would be perfect with some small fixes
This is a good apartment for two people, with enough space to spread out and a decent sun terrace. Small improvements would be fixing the damp/mould under the sink in the front bathroom, properly fixing the bathroom towel hooks which are just loosely stuck in the walls and prone to fall out at the slightest brush, lower the shower fixture in the front bathroom (which was too high for me to reach!) and add better blackout blinds to the interior bedroom. Having said that, it was comfortable and the location is excellent and I would stay there again.

This apartment is amazing and we enjoyed our stay very much! The beds in both bedrooms are comfortable and the kitchen and bathrooms are modern and nice. The building is very secure and within easy walking distance to the Cathedral and many other of the things we wanted to see in Seville. The communication with the property manager was easy and we were met upon our arrival and given an overview of the apartment and nearby restaurants. It was hot while we were there and when the air conditioner was not quite keeping up, they had a service person out right away to fix the problem. At a cooler time of the year, the rooftop deck would be a lovely place to relax. We can't wait to go back to Seville and would definitely consider staying here again!

The listing is not accurate. It took 30 minutes for someone to come let us in, after waiting in the alley in 100 degree weather. There are 3 flights of stairs to go up that are very narrow and steep. If you're older, you would have a difficult time. Getting up them. The air conditioner wasn't working, so it was 85 degrees in the room. The main bathroom, it's so small.You have to climb around the toilet to get into the shower. I would not recommend this facility to anyone. Looks real pretty in the pictures.
