This lovely one-bedroom apartment is in an excellent and vibrant area. It is the best place to stay to have a real taste of the city!

Bright and beautifully decorated, the open-plan living room features a comfy sofa, a TV to watch all your favourite shows, and a dining table for two where you can dine with your loved one.

The kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to cook delicious meals, such as a cooking plate, a microwave and a coffee machine.

The bedroom has a queen-sized bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort, and the bathroom has all the basic amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

The address is in the parish of São Tiago, a popular residential area of Funchal. It is close to several amenities such as supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, and local shops. There are also nearby parks and gardens, providing residents with a green and relaxing environment.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, Funchal Train Station, is just a 20-minutes drive.

Madeira Airport is a 25-minute drive from the property.

Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
