Apartment located in the historic center of Funchal, a few minutes walk from the center of the city, just below the Pico Fort.
House recently restored and transformed into two independent T1 apartments. This little one!
It has a modern design, very comfortable and cozy, with a magnificent view over the bay of Funchal, making it possible to watch and enjoy the fantastic fireworks display of the common terrace of the building (2 apartments) .
Consisting of a spacious bedroom (double bed) with complete ensuite bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area.
It has a private garage for a car (parking A) at no additional cost.
Excellent geographical location, close to the access to the highways, so you can travel all over the island and enjoy the beautiful natural landscapes, and close to the historic center of Funchal, and can even get around on foot.

Beau petit apparemment avec une belle vue et belle terrasse également, proche du centre de Funchal, il y a un parking donc c'est super! Petit cuisine assez fonctionnel Seul petit point négatif c'était pour ce garer dans le parking, la rue est très étroit et il faut faire attention a ne pas touché le mur et la cabine de douche est assez serré donc pas beaucoup beaucoup de place

Pleasant stay in cozy apartment with great views.

As we stayed in apartment A, we loved to watch the sunrise over the sea from our bed. We relaxed a lot on the patio and had our meals there and often wind off in the evenings on the hangig chair on the terrace. The kitchen provided a sink, induction stove, knives in all sizes, even wine glasses. The pots and pans are small but overall totally suited for two people. The bathroom was clean. The city center, supermarkets and bus stops are reachable in a short walking distance. As Funchal lies at the bottom of mountains, prepare for a very short hike to get to the apartment. The view makes up for everything. ;)

Très beau

Très belle endroit belle vue sur la montagne et le port de Madere centre d’achat à 15 min à pieds seule bémol stationnement dans le garage très difficile à moins d’avoir 2 petites autos nous avons pris un stationnement juste en bas de la cote gratuit après 20 Hr ainsi que le dimanche . Difficile côtes à monter surtout pour ceux qui ont des maux de genoux mais je vous recommande ce logement

sehr nette und problemlose Kommunikation. Eine super Unterkunft, die mit allem ausgestattet ist, was man benötigt. Eine tolle Aussicht aus dem Schlafzimmerfenster (Wohnung A) lediglich der Terrassenbereich ist zwar schön. aber doch sehr klein. Ich komme gerne wieder
