At the end of a private cul-de-sac, in a very quiet position, surrounded by a large tree filled garden of approx 1,200sqm, you will find this spacious single villa, completely independent and built on 2 floors.
Villa Mauro has a large swiming pool (8,5m x 5,3 m) with in the deep end a part with Countercurrent swimming. The pool is accessed from the equipped patio, in part covered, enabling you to dine and relax in the open, in peace and quiet while the others are enjoying themselves in the pool.
Inside it is cool spacious and has been partialy re-furnished.
From villa Mauro you can easily reach the beach, the shops and the centre of Vittoria Apuana - Forte dei Marmi.
