It was much less than we expected; in fact we left the property 3 days before our planned departure. There was only one TV in the one unoccupied room. The hose had bugs all over, showing that the maintenance was lacking. in general, it is not a property to spend a vacation. The only palatial thing in the Palazzo were the name and the cost. I would not recommend anyone to stay here.

Good morning, Joaquin, we're sorry your stay wasn't the best. This is very strange because all the guest reviews are always enthusiastic.
Perhaps an 18th-century building with a splendid view of the lake, frescoed halls, a large garden, or a terrace where you can eat isn't enough.
We chose not to equip the house with a TV or anything else, precisely to allow guests to enjoy the silence and slow pace of Palazzo Rosati.
We take great care in cleaning and preparing the house; you may have found a small scorpion, but in any large house on the lake with large gardens, they can be found.
We even sent our gardener to spray with insecticide, since you were terrified. But from that point on, your communication stopped.
Furthermore, we deliberately keep our prices very low. Consider that a hotel room for two people of the same standard costs about five times the daily rate, and there were six of you.
Thank you for being our guests, we'll try to improve as we always do.
