Das Appartement ist modern und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Lage ist gut (Nähe Strand), aber sehr laut (Lieferverkehr, Straßenreinigung usw. täglich). Der Gastgeber ist freundlich und war sehr gut zu erreichen. Leider ist die Ausstattung Küche und Bad etwas mager. Fehlende Dinge (Messer, Geschirrtuch) wurden erst nach 6 Tagen, als wir bereits wieder am Abreisen waren, ersetzt. Einige Basics fehlen und wurden auch auf Anfrage nicht bereitgestellt (Toilettenpapier, Geschirrkorb, Schneidbrett, ..). Die Sauberkeit hat in den letzten Jahren auch abgenommen. Trotzdem hatten wir eine schöne verlängerte Woche Urlaub in herrlicher Umgebung.
