This elegant, newly renovated apartment is located in Guayonje / Mesa del Mar, right on La Arena Beach (awarded the Blue Flag) and next to the natural pool. Lovingly furnished, the apartment features a kitchen, entryway, bathroom, bedroom with a double bed, living room with a sleeper sofa, a 55-inch TV with Netflix (available for a fee), and two wonderful balconies. One is enclosed, and the other is open. On the glass-enclosed balcony (all sliding windows can be opened), you’ll find a great rattan set where you can relax with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. You’ll enjoy a fantastic view of the beach, the mountains, and the ocean. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, sink, and washing machine. The bedroom is the absolute highlight. The large 14-square-meter balcony with a dreamy view of the Atlantic Ocean is separated from the rest of the room only by sliding doors. Wake up refreshed in the morning and all you’ll see is: ocean, ocean, ocean! Truly magical. The open balcony is furnished with a table for four people and a sun lounger. Wheelchair-accessible, with a large car park right next to the natural seawater pool and many more in the surrounding area. Fishing, the beach, swimming, boating, a small supermarket with fresh bread rolls, a bus stop—Line 21—all within walking distance of the house. With a hire car, you’ll have complete freedom, but you can get anywhere by bus. The bus runs once an hour during the day. The building has several lifts. No need to climb stairs. Shopping carts for carrying items, like those in a supermarket, are available in the lobby.
