Wonderfully spacious apartment

Has everything one needs: washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. Supermarket 200m to walk.Some items are a little outdated and the blinds do not work. Everything else is great.

Great apartment in Santa Cruz

We stayed in Roberto's apartment for 7 nights in April - May and had a wonderful time. The location is perfect, the town center is easy walking distance and the park that's round the corner is beautiful. Roberto is a great host, very friendly and helpful, we felt very well looked after throughout our stay. The apartment is on a quiet residential street, very clean and spacious and the kitchen is well equipped. Lovely bedroom with lots of storage & wifi, we couldn't really have asked for anything more. We rented a car and the garage came very handy as parking on the street would have been very difficult. Thank you Roberto for all your help, if we come back to Tenerife we would love to stay again and have recommended it to our friends as well.

Best possible Santa Cruz apartment and location

This is a very well decorated and particularly artistic apartment. Roberto was a wonderful host, friendly and very helpful in every way. We stayed a month and kept enjoying the beautiful furnishings and comfort of the apartment. Good warming on the few occasions needed, excellent kitchen, splendid light, easy access, great local cafes, supermarkets, even hardware store, very fine restaurants at all price levels. The very nearby Sanabia Park is absolutely enchanting; we often spent afternoons having tea in one of the two restaurants in the Park. It is large, very well kept, and tropical exotic: a joy. There is everything to love here in this calm but very attractive city and you are in the best area. Many thanks to Robert, including for allowing our cat, also very happy there

Vacaciones en familia

La visita a las Canarias y ,en especial, a Tenerife era un viaje que queríamos hacer desde siempre y ha podido ser ahora. Hemos disfrutado de la isla desde el norte hasta el sur y todo nos ha gustado. La casa de Roberto es impresionante porque tiene de todo para hacer que te sientas cómodo. La ubicación es fantástica y, además, el garaje viene muuuuy bien porque es difícil encontrar aparcamiento. Todo de diez.

Schöne Stadtwohnung im Zentrum

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt, sie ist sehr großzügig und modern eingerichtet. Der Garagenstellplatz für das Mietauto ist super, da es sehr schwierig ist, einen Parkplatz in der Umgebung zu bekommen. Der Vermieter Roberto ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Danke für einen tollen Aufenthalt.

Santa Cruz ist immer ein Erlebnis

Es ist ein Erlebnis besonders, wenn man die grosszügige Wohnung von Roberto Acosta zur Verfügung hat. Wir haben uns während unseres Aufenthalts (9 Nächte) darin sehr wohl gefühlt und haben uns schnell zurecht gefunden. Die Wohnung ist in ihrer Ausstattung komplett und dazu noch mit einem künstlerischen Flair gestaltet. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in nächster Nähe und sehr nützlich ist auch die Einstellhalle für das Mietauto.

C’est un bel appartement, très grand, décoré avec goût et je dirais que les photos sur le site ne lui rendent pas justice. On y trouve tout ce qu’on pourrait avoir besoin, et plus. ¡Magnífico apartamento en el centro de Santa Cruz!

Antes de las Navidades, decidimos improvisar y pasar unos días en Tenerife. Elegimos la capital, Santa Cruz, y elegimos el apartamento de Roberto. Las dos elecciones no pudieron ser más acertadas...Santa Cruz es una ciudad muy agradable y bonita, llena de rincones por descubrir, y el piso ofrece todo lo necesario para hacer tu estancia cómoda y fácil. Las distancias a los principales puntos de interés de la ciudad son cortas a pie y si tienes coche el acceso a las vías principales es muy inmediato. ¡Desde luego lo recomendamos... y volveremos!

Lovely apartment in a great location

This is our second stay in Roberto's apartment. It's just a short walk away from the shops and restaurants of Santa Cruz in a nice neighbourhood. The apartment is spotless and has everything we need for a one week stay - we eat out every night as there is so much choice in the city. There are several small supermarkets in the area, so you can buy what you need easily. The underground parking is very handy if you are renting a car, as there never seems to be any space to park on the streets (but don't rent too big a car, as the parking space feels small when you need to manoeuvre a car which you don't regularly drive!). Roberto is great to communicate with and always answers messages promptly. Hopefully we will come back again!

¡Acierto total!

Hemos pasado unos días de vacaciones en Santa Cruz de Tenerife este pasado Noviembre, y la experiencia con el piso de Roberto ha sido fantástica. El apartamento está muy bien situado, a menos de cinco minutos del principal pulmón verde de la ciudad, el parque. Está muy bien equipado y la verdad es que no echamos en falta ningún detalle. El trato con su propietario educadísimo y cordial desde un primer momento. Muy recomnedable...sin duda repetiremos en nuestra próxima visita a la isla.

Magnífica experiencia en el centro de Santa Cruz de Tenerife

Mi mujer y yo nos hemos quedado unos días en el apartamento de Roberto. Todo ha sido facilidades desde un comienzo, desde la comunicación con él hasta el momento de la llegada. El piso está muy bien decorado y es tal y como se aprecia en las fotos. Muy cómodo, tienes todo lo que te puede hacer falta para que tu estancia sea ideal. Desde luego, lo recomendamos y volveremos seguro!!

Repetiría sin duda!

Necesitábamos un piso céntrico en Santa Cruz de Tenerife, para desde ahí tener acceso a conocer tanto la ciudad como el resto de la isla. La elección del apartamento de Roberto fue un total acierto, bien situado, nos permitió conocer a fondo Tenerife. El piso tiene dos dormitorios y dos baños y está muy equipado. Esperamos volver pronto.
