Carrasqueta is a magnificent villa in Moraira (Alicante) with a privileged location just 1 km from the town centre and 800 metres from the beach.



You have 3 rental options. (The price marked in the advertisement is for 10 people, contact us for the other two options).



1. Complete house for 10 people.



2. High floor for 6 people. Three en-suite rooms, toilet, fully equipped kitchen and living-dining room with direct access to the terrace, barbecue and pool by descending lateral stairs.



3. Ground floor for 4 people. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and living-dining room with direct access to the terrace, barbecue and swimming pool.



The villa is rented with exclusive use, not shared, the part that is not rented remains free.



The environment is fantastic, Moraira is originally a small fishing village that has evolved over time into a popular tourist destination that still retains much of its traditional charm.

It is known for its relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Unlike some larger and more crowded tourist destinations, Moraira has managed to maintain its authentic character. Beware once you leave the property

Although I have given this a high star rating because it was indeed a beautiful place to stay in a good location once we had left and on our way home we were accused of causing damage to the property, of pulling a huge door handle off the sliding bathroom door. There was no handle on the door when we arrived there and certainly no handle to be seen anywhere and yet by some miracle they managed to produce said handle and photograph it to send to me as evidence. They sent this to me 7 hours after we had left the property and my conclusion is that they produce this handle and accuse people of pulling it off so that they can keep the damage deposit. The company is Villas holidays, Costa Blanca and in all my years of traveling I have never had to deal with anything like this. So..... beware!

Respecto al tema de la manilla de la puerta, comprendemos tu malestar, pero queremos aclarar que documentamos todos los detalles de la casa antes y después de cada reserva para asegurar la transparencia. Las pruebas fotográficas que te enviamos fueron tomadas tras la salida, ya que el desperfecto se detectó durante nuestra inspección. No buscamos quedarnos con ningún depósito de manera injusta, solo cubrir los daños cuando corresponda. Lamentamos cualquier inconveniente que esto haya causado y agradecemos tus comentarios, ya que siempre estamos dispuestos a mejorar nuestros servicios.

La villa es perfecta para una estancia en familia. Bien distribuida, con buen acceso a zona exterior amplia y con piscina muy limpia. Hemos disfrutado mucho! Utilizamos la cocina de la planta baja y no había suficiente menaje para 10 personas.
