Its location is ideal, less than 100 mts from a supermarket, 10 minutes from the beach Ca Caleta and the promenade. In addition, you will be able to enjoy a communal swimming pool and a barbecue area to share with friends and family.
Enjoy the sun and the Mediterranean breeze from the flat's outdoor balcony, which offers breathtaking views. And don't worry about utilities, everything is covered! The flat has a lift, fully equipped kitchen, everything you need to make you feel at home.
The apartament is completely refurbished in March 2023, it has all kind of utensils, kitchenware, complete kitchen, as well as bed linen, towels, wifi, all included in the price, we do not charge extras!!!. It has a large room with a double bed and a sofa bed for 2 people.

The place is an apartment and not a house as stated in the name of the property
The appartment is fully renovated however there is not air conditioning in the room, there is one only in the living room which is not stated in the list of the flat. The building is not in very good shape as well as the surrounding. The price is very high for renting an apartment .

Thank you for your comments, just to point out that nowhere in the advert is there any reference to the apartment being a ‘House’, at all times we have shown truthful information and photos showing that it is a apartment, we apologise if the name ‘LuengiHouse’ has caused this confusion, but it is only the name we have given to our apartment.
The building as you say, complies perfectly with all the requirements, lift, lighting, cleanliness, has beautiful gardens that are cared for 3 days a week, as well as a large swimming pool which is also cared for 3 days a week by a specialized company.
As for the price of the flat, we consider it to be adequate as the flat offers high qualities in accordance with the price, as well as with the area and the holiday month in which it has been visited.
We will take your message into consideration to try to improve in the future.
