Excellent location: walking distance to lots of shops, pubs, cafes, park, and attractions. Walking distance to tube and bus.Excellent communication with host and very easy check in and check out process. Large spacious rooms, all with ensuite bathrooms. Flat was clean and supplies where provided to so we didn't have to run out as soon as we arrived (soap, shampoo, conditioner, coffee pods, dish tabs, toilet paper). Overall excellent experience, and would recommend. Constructive Feedback: - needs a deep clean, fresh coat of paint, and some minor repairs, furniture in the Great Room is tired and well worn- couch had 2 cigarette holes, in need of deep clean- Kitchen utensils missing: not enough mugs (only 5 provided), no spatula, no can opener, no wine opener, no sheet pan for oven- Beds and pillows uncomfortable

Excellent place to experience Mayfair. We were a group of 8 adults and we had a wonderful stay. It was clean. There is a full size washer and dryer. It is a short walk to a couple of tube stations. The host was easy to contact. No regrets staying here.

Wonderful stay in a great/convenient location.

Communication with the host was prompt and excellent throughout the trip. This home is exactly what our multigenerational family needed for our trip.

The house and rooms were much smaller than depicted in the pictures. The kitchen was not well appointed and was missing basic items like a cookie sheet to heat items up in the oven and was missing a broom and dust pan. When we checked in, a smoke alarm was beeping due to a bad battery and, on our last day, there was a leak in the upstairs shower that was dripping below. Also, the house did not seem like it had been deep cleaned for a while. The floor tile grout was black and the grout in the showers did not appear to have been cleaned for some time. Based on our experience, it was disappointing and I would not recommend it.

Best location imagineable. Quiet and close to Green Park and the Tube. It's a large apartment to clean for turnover it deserves several staff to make that happen well.

Easter in London- Mayfair

The location was perfect to visit London and also Very nice during the night… many pubs & restaurants around there.The House was gorgeous..perfect for 2 families of 4 people.

Excellent location, a quiet area, close to restaurants, shops and the Tube. With 4 good sized bedrooms, the sleeping capacity is excellent but the lounge/dining would be tight for 8 guests plus not enough chairs. It was ok for us as we were a smaller group. Weird that for 4 bathrooms, they only provide 1 hairdryer, although, on request, they brought us a second one. The interior could do with a ‘ refresh ‘, repainting and a deep clean but overall it was a good choice. The host/property manager was very easy to contact.

Fantastic location!

We loved our stay in Westminster. The apartment was perfect for our family of 8 adults with 4BRs and 4.5 WCs. It was close to several pubs and restaurants, just minutes from the Green Park Tube station. The city is very walkable to city center for all the attractions.

This property is in a great location. Walkable to many attractions and great restaurants. Love the neighborhood. Check in was easy. Small improvements could be made to make this place a bit better. The kitchen was lacking in having a decent amount of drinking glasses for 5 people and there was one sad little paring knife which was virtually useless. The furniture in the sitting area was comfortable but a bit tired (cigarette burn in the sofa, dining chairs ragged) and again not comfortable for 5 people. The bedrooms were comfortable and the place was very clean.

Great Stay

Unfortunately, our reservation was canceled just a week before our stay. Thankfully, they offered an even better property to accommodate us which was right around the corner. The new place was absolutely amazing—spacious, clean, and in a great location. The team was super accommodating and easy to communicate with.

The perfect accommodations for a larger group.

Having the bedrooms on multiple levels was perfect for being able to avoid those that snored (and we are talking g pull the shades from the windows loud snoring). The location was within walking distance of virtually everything we needed from museums to underground stations and a wide variety of restaurants. I was nervous about being responsible for the accommodations our group of 8 but the host was wonderful in putting my nerves to rest with quick reply’s to any and all questions that I had. I can recommend the unit or host more enthusiastically.

Great location, OK accomodations

The house is on a quiet street in Mayfair, very central to a lot of London sites and within blocks of multiple pubs and restaurants. The location is great, but the house itself felt a little bare bones. We were a group of 7 staying for 12 days and we picked a house rental so we avoid eating out every meal. However, we only had 3 dish washer tablets and only a few grocery bags. There were also very little cleaning supplies available to clean small messes. The house itself was sparsely decorated and could have use a little more to help it feel cozy. Overall decent, but not worth the price.

Great place/Great location

My family just came back from 6 days at this marvelous flat in Mayfair, London. We are a family with three teenage boys and this place was perfect for us. Each person had their own bedroom and felt completely comfortable.The flat was clean and comfortable. We felt at home the entire time.Communication with the team was quick and easy. They were very accommodating and made check-in and all communications simple. The location is great. It's located on a quiet street in the very cute section of Mayfair in London. There are some great restaurants within this area and is within walking distance to a few very popular areas with many more spectacular restaurants and things to do. If you need to go past walking distance, there is an Underground station that is less than 10 minutes walking distance. Overall, I would strongly recommend this flat.

Fantastic location, lovely house

Mayfair was an even better location/neighborhood than I could have imagined for my young adult children and me. And this specific house was in a CHARMING cul-de-sac with pubs, restaurants, pharmacy, convenience store, and grocery and Green Park tube around the corner, etc.The house itself was very pleasant, clean and tidy, good natural light, etc. Nice clean sheets but not "instagram" stylish living/dining furniture. The layout may not work for everyone. Bedroom on ground floor with front door, two bedrooms below, and fourth bedroom on the top of four stories. There was cleaning product for the washing machine and the dishwasher. But the kitchen was not well equipped for cooking -- no mixing bowls for scrambling eggs, but several frying pans. No left over salt/pepper tucked away in the back of the cabinet (ha!). Good enough for simple bfast. And good wifi for making dinner reservations! This is not to be critical, but setting expectations. We LOVED our stay here and have already recommended it to several friends back home in Greenwich, CT, USA.
