Our family of four stayed in this flat during a recent trip to London. It is a lovely area of the city, with lots of shopping and restaurants nearby, and the flat itself is easy to find. The air conditioning was welcomed on hot days. Check in and check out was easy. The host communicated well. Definitely recommend!

Great communication from the host and excellent location in London. They were also very accomodating for our early check-in.BUT the place is dated, somewhat rough, and in need of a refurb - peeling paint, a broken bedside table, rusty old fixtures, and tons of carpet stains. This place has the bones to be an actual luxurious flat, but the wear and tear is considerable.

Accommodation was as described. Two bedrooms and comfortable beds but sofa bed wasn’t very comfortable. But ok for a couple of nights. Shame key box was broken as that reduced our flexibility during our stay. Hopefully that can be fixed asap. Great location for Mayfair. But definitely don’t use if you don’t want steps as there is four flights of stairs .

The property was nicely appointed with tasteful and comfortable finishings, and wonderfully located in a safe and lovely neighborhood within walking distance for restaurants and shopping. Several shops were nearby to grab a morning coffee or pastry. Apartment was as described and pictured with the exception of mentioning outdoor space which did not exist. Would have appreciated a different check-in process by an agent who could have provided a walk-through to answer questions. Otherwise communication was quick and cordial. We had a delightful stay in Mayfair and would use this property again.

This apartment was great for our last stay of a 2 week trip around Europe. AC was amazing and although there was no elevator, the walk up wasn’t too bad. It’s in a great neighborhood and in walking distance to so many of the sites and restaurants. Highly recommend.

Apartment was in a great location, quiet and easy access to everything London had to offer. Apt was on 3rd floor which corresponds to 4th floor in US, no elevator, good exercise going up and down stairs but tough with luggage!

Wonderful base in central London

Perfect location- 5 minute walk from multiple tube lines, direct train to Heathrow, and everything in Mayfair and SoHo. A very quiet retreat that fit our 3 kids and two adults perfectly. Will definitely book again when in London.

Given the description and location, we expected this property to be luxurious, however that’s not what we felt it to be. It definitely needs some tlc. The shared bathroom has missing grout and grubby/untidy sealant. There were rips in the privacy blinds on the front windows. The upstairs blinds hung straight down, away from the widows that were in a sloping roof, so didn’t cover the window. A deep clean was needed and light bulbs needed to be replaced. The third bed (a sofa bed) in the snug was not at all comfortable and the sheet was so thin the ticking on the mattress was clear to see. There were lots of conflicting messages between VRBO, the owner and the guest folder in the flat. For us it was well placed (we had a celebration to attend locally) but otherwise it didn’t live up to the description of being ‘stunning’. We knew that it was on the third floor, but there are a LOT of stairs and even the fittest in our family were very out of breath by the time we had climbed them!Sadly, this property didn’t live up to our expectations, which is rarely the case, and our money would have been better spent on a boutique hotel or even a travel lodge room.

Great central location near all the major attractions and SOHO. The unit was comfortable and check in was easy. There could have been more attention to detail when cleaning-there was a dirty rag on the counter, and dirty dishes in the dishwasher with cakes on food that had grown mold. The main issue we had was that the wifi was basically unusable for our entire stay. We are traveling while doing work and school remotely so this was a big issue for us. Management was responsive but nothing got resolved. Overall, a great stay but wish the wifi worked.
