Completely newly furnished villa, consisting of living room with Android TV with open kitchen equipped with everything you need (oven, microwave, dishwasher, etc.)
A double bedroom with TV and private bathroom and a small bedroom with bunk bed.
The two bathrooms and bedrooms are both complete with linens.
Unlimited Wi Fi and air conditioning are available.
The villa is surrounded by a large private garden with barbecue and arbor where you can relax with friends and have large lunches/barbecues.
Externally there is also a completely new kitchen complete with everything you need.
The villa is located in a very quiet area and private parking is also available.
It is located about 350 meters from the pretty Simius beach and about 800 meters from the centre.
