This was a beautiful apartment right in a canal. We found wonderful restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk that were in quiet squares. It was easy to get to the water bus and get around. The apartment was cool and comfortable for 2 adults and 2 teens. Grazzie.

The host made getting checked in easy and straightforward, helpful information was available in the apartment. The apartment was clean and comfortable, nearby to the Piazzale Roma for travel purposes and plenty of places to eat and enjoy a relaxing evening walk. Good to have working AC in the very hot summer weather! :)

Venice canal view

Apartment was good size, clean, and only 8 minute walk from the bus station. Check in instructions were clear and easy to follow. Overall we had a very pleasant stay.

Spacious and easy access

Very nice, big rooms, fast wifi, 15min walk from trainstaion and 10min walk to taxis to airport. Check in was very easy! Water taxi picks up 1min walk. Grocery store the Prix 1 min walk, with great prices! We will most defiantly stay here again. Eat at new restaurant 6min walk- Grecia and Oriente, one of the best meals we had on our last night.

Very nice large place that was spotless and wonderfully located. Only issue was washing machine left clothes soaking wet—spin cycle didn’t work repeatedly—leaving clothes to take 2 days to dry. But apartment, locations and amenities were great.

The area was 10 min to Piazzale Roma. Saint Lucia and the public water taxi… much u can take to st marks… or walk in 15 minutes to Rialto!!!! Very relaxing and comfortable for spreading out, for 4-6 people!!!

Nice apartment in a good area. Unfortunately, the washing machine didn’t work during our stay, we were counting on it since we were traveling around Italy with just enough clothes. One thing to mention would be to leave some essential cleaning and personal care things for a couple of days.

Very hard to locate the apartment with Google maps or Waze. Had to call manager for step by step directions. There was no mention of 3 flights of stairs to climb for entry to the apartment. No elevator. The main bedroom has a step up that makes it a little dangerous to enter or exit, especially in the middle of the night for a toilet visit.There are 118 bridges in Venice, so be mindful of alot to steps wherever you go.

The location is excellent and the space was well organized for our group of 3 adults 1 kid. But many things in the apartment did not work (oven, washing machine) and the kitchen was lacking very basic necessities (no sponges or towels to clean or wash with, no olive oil, no toaster, no spatula, one knife). The couches and carpets needed vacuuming and communication about broken appliances was very slow. There’s also only one key for the front door and a buzzer that is meant to let you in if you need to go out separately from the rest of your group but it worked only 50% of the time, meaning one of us was often locked out. For the price there are better value apartments in Dorsodouro.
