One of the nicest places that we’ve stayed. The location, communication and air conditioning were outstanding. Our host assisted with the water taxi to and from the airport and accommodated us with a late check in.Every aspect of this stay was superb!

Absolutely incredible location - right in the heart of San Marco. We loved waking up and walking straight into the streets of Venice. The place is very spacious and comfortable for a large family.

Great location, wonderful hostess. Large apartment that was perfect for a group of 6 ppl ranging from 21 - 60. Let them arrange a water taxi for you from the airport for hassle free check in. Very responsive. First rate experience!

The apartment was very clean. The apartment was spacious with large bedrooms, a beautiful living room, large dinning room, and a nice kitchen. The Unit contained a combo-washer/dryer (one machine that does both) for our laundry needs.The Host was very helpful assisting our group of 6 in making a reservation for a water taxi from the Santa Lucia Train Station to the rental unit. The Host also had a representative meet us at the water taxi drop-off point upon arrival to walk us to the Unit. The check-in process was very smooth and answered all of our questions.The apartment is located above a very scenic canal (rio di San Luca) that is frequented by many Gondolier quietly passing under the two bridges located near the Unit. There is a nice view of Campo Manin directly across the canal. This is a peaceful area with a few stores and a gelateria within steps of the apartment's front door. It is also within a short walking distance to many of the Venice sights, with only approx. 10 minute walk to Piazza San Marco.

We had a great stay. We received great restaurant suggestions and the location is right where you want to be in Venice. Host was nice and very responsive. There is a supermarket around the corner which was very convenient for breakfast andaaandsPlacwclean

Great stay near Etna!!

Stunning setting with plenty of room for our multi-generational family of 8. Outdoor spaces were particularly lovely. Great location as a jumping off point to explore the Etna area. Take note, as advertised, this is a rural area and some of the roads and access driveway are mountainous and rough.

Wonderful!

Couldn’t ask for anything more! The apartment is large, very well maintained and perfect for a family. Annalisa was always available to help with transportation to and from the airport or train station. Friendly greeting upon arrival. We were helped with our luggage and given a tour of the apartment so we knew how to work everything. We had a perfect stay!

Fantastic location!

We enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect. (You need to be able to handle stairs w your luggage since no lift). Enrica- the property manager- was so helpful with logistics for water taxis, grocery and restaurants). My only request would be to have nespresso pods in the apartment for coffee. They are less than 3 euros for a pack of 10 and would have been the cherry on top. Overall, highly recommend. Wish we could have stayed longer

Great stay in a prime Location in Venice.

Enrica, who received us was very helpful. Also, we really appreciated Dimora's help with the water taxis to arrive from St. Lucia and to the airport on the day we check out. Make sure guests know in advance that there are 30 steps from the ground to the apartment with no elevator (Lift) We were traveling with older family members and the steep stairs were hard on our senior family members.

A Few Days In Venice Italy

Overall property was very nice. The one fault was issues with the wifi service. The wifi in the property was down from the start. Enrica who check us in went to get a mobile hotspot for us immediately, but the hot spot was extremely slow and it was not fast enough to stream anything on the tv when we wish to watch late at night. 7 adults stayed there and it was spacious centrally located. We were extremely comfortable. 2-3 minute walk to get pastries and coffee for breakfast. The main square was roughly a ten minute walk. ATMs were 1 minute away. Keep in mind there is no elevator and you have to carry your luggage up basically 2-3 flights of stairs and it is a 2 and 1/2 minute walk from where the boat would drop you from the airport, not hard. Grocery store is only 90 second walk and the main square is just a 10 minute walk. Lots of restaurants close by. Easy to get everywhere and we really enjoyed our stay.
