Amazing apartment on short notice

At the last moment of our trip we decided to go to Venice for a night before flying out. We found this place and booked it immediately. The apartment is amazing, the location is fantastic, and Alessia was a wonderful host. She made it very easy to find the place, then met us to make sure that we made it in and had everything we needed. I cannot recommend more highly.

We loved this property! The communication with the owner was easy and quick. The place is so clean, comfortable, and close to the train station. We LOVED the view. If you want to use the spa, ask ahead. It didn’t heat up in time for us to use. Overall we thought this place was wonderful!

Beautiful property and great location!

We loved our stay here! The hostess (Alessia) is the BEST of the BEST! She met us at the property, showed us all the best places to visit in Venice and several recommendations for dining out. She even sent me links to all the places on WhatsApp. She was very thorough and detail-oriented as well as very fast to respond anytime I texted with a question. The property is beautiful and the bed we slept in was very comfortable. I slept all night. If you use the hottub, make sure you hit “preheat” and let it warm up. It will take 3-4 hours to get to 104 F (40 C). It was perfect! The hot water was great in the showers and the amenities were good. I highly recommend this place. It’s located in a nice area of Venice and there’s lots to do nearby as well as quicker access to the train station when leaving. Come check this property out and stay awhile…you will love it here!

Great host, lovely place

The host Alessia was excellent! She was extremely accommodating, provided some great recommendations, and was very great with communications, always replying very quickly The check in process was smooth, aside from one minor (one off) issue with the key This place is in an excellent location. The cafe underneath is amazing!! Close to airport that we just needed a water taxi that was a quick ride, not too pricey, which Alessia helped set up The place itself is very nice and clean! Loved the balcony terrace up top. We were only there for one night but it was beautiful

An effortless stay in a romantic Venetian apartment

My fiancée and I spent the last night of our trip to Italy here. We spent our first two nights in Venice in an apartment on the grand canal, but we wish we had stayed here instead. Not only is the apartment sparkling clean, tastefully decorated, and comfortably appointed, but the attention to detail is noticeable and Alessia who helped us with check in was amazing. She knew all the great spots to go to, met with me early to facilitate check in and luggage drop off, and even met us to give us an extra key when we locked ourselves out! I can’t say enough wonderful things about this experience.
