My family and I loved the stay, right in the heart of Venice. It’s like having your own apartment in the historic center, where you can experience living like a local, within walking distance of all major sites. The host made all arrangements for travel to and from the train station and airport, and the host was on call at all times to respond to our needs. We will be staying again. Thanks so much to Venice Apartment!

This was an amazing apartment right in the heart of San Marco Venice and an easy walk to all the highlights.The apartment is very spacious and comfortable and exactly as advertised.Communication from the host was very efficient and detailed and we had no problems whatsoever.Of course like many places in Europe there are no lifts and this was on the upper level so if stairs and carrying luggage are an issue for you then keep this in mind but again for us this was no issue.There is an excellent restaurant literally across the alley and the host provides so many other recommendations in their welcome pamplet.I would definitely stay here again! Grazie mille!

Our Dream vacation!!

Property was really nice, quiet neighborhood even though you are surrounded by shops and restaurants. Short walk to the Rialto Bridge.

Venice is beautifully touristy. The apartment we had was a 5-story walk-up.It was very clean and had lots of windows to see the Venice rooftops. The host was very communicative.

Really nice place and location can’t be beat. Communication was easy with our host. She even assisted with getting us a water taxi scheduled for our departure back to the train terminal. It was so cool being James Bond for 20 minutes. Thanks again for your hospitality. .

Beautiful place. Lots of stairs (we are 62). Close to everywhere we wanted to go. Frederica was very helpful. The floors need to be cleaned better is the only concern but definitely not a major issue. The ceiling is gorgeous. I highly recommend this place

Overall the apartment was in a good location, the apartment was clean and after a long hot day it was nice to have some AC. There was about 4 1/2 flights of stairs to climb up which wasn’t a problem except our power tripped 4 times and 3 of those were in a row and if your older it might not be a good idea. We didn’t have many lights on but it took us a few runs down stairs to flip the breaker back on to understand while running the washer and having the ac on it will shut the power off. This would’ve been a helpful tip to have. Also, having some place to put our shower products would’ve been helpful since we had to place them on the floor of the shower. We were also told to leave euros for the tourist tax on the table but when it was check out day we got a message from another staff member saying it was included in what we had already paid… unsure of the miscommunication there. Overall it was a good stay. A little better communication could be helpful.

Vorremmo precisare che, come avviene normalmente nelle abitazioni, non è possibile utilizzare contemporaneamente tutti gli elettrodomestici ad alto consumo (come lavatrice e aria condizionata insieme), perché può verificarsi un sovraccarico e può scattare il salvavita. Ci impegniamo comunque a comunicare sempre queste informazioni in modo più chiaro ai nostri ospiti. Per quanto riguarda la tassa di soggiorno, ci scusiamo per il malinteso. Ti abbiamo comunque avvisato per tempo proprio perché effettuiamo sempre più verifiche prima del check-out, per essere sicuri delle informazioni e garantire un servizio trasparente e corretto ai nostri ospiti. Prendiamo nota anche del suggerimento riguardo al supporto nella doccia, che ci aiuterà a migliorare ulteriormente l’esperienza.
