Coorie Lodge is light and spacious accommodation tucked away in a quiet corner of Aviemore overlooking the Spey Valley golf course, sleeping 6 in 3 bedrooms.

This lodge has a large beautiful fully equipped modern kitchen with large island and ample storage space. Floor to ceiling windows in the lounge make the most of the amazing views. The living room and adjacent dining area both lead out through French doors onto the south facing deck area. The wide decking wraps around the house to a ramp leading from the front drive, so those who are less mobile can easily access the entire house all on one level.

Coorie Lodge is designed to be bookable by families and family groups only. Please contact the Great North Lodges office for other groups and we can't accept bookings from stag or hen parties.

Great Stay

We had a lovely stay with my family and dog. The house is spacious and has everything you need and the views over the golf course are fantastic. Also lovely walks nearby for our dog. The only little issue is some of the decking boards need some attention. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property.

Review of Corrie lodge

We had a lovely week staying at Corrie lodge. The accommodation was very clean and extremely comfortable. We found the location excellent as it lead straight onto a public right of way, which was handy with our two miniature schnauzers. The view from the lodge was wonderful over the golf course and river Spey. Good central location to local Lochs too. Beautiful.

Great stay

We had a fantastic stay with our children, grandchildren and dog. The house is lovely. All rooms are spacious. Very clean. Great location with a fantastic outdoor decking area. The view was amazing, so relaxing. Only small issue was some of the decking was needing some maintenance. The table tennis was fun in the garage. The dart board is needing new darts as the ones there are broken. That was my only very minor complaint of the stay. The house was lovely and warm. There’s so much to do in Aviemore and many things within easy walking distance. Lots of great restaurants nearby. I look forward to staying again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property.

A perfect base for our holiday

We had a wonderful week at Coorie Lodge. The house was modern and more spacious than we expected and was a lovely place to relax and enjoy the views across the golf course and the cairngorm mountains. The games room in the garage gave the children plenty to do when we were not out and about. Having the Speyside way on our doorstep meant we could just nip out for quick walks and bike rides in the mornings and evenings around the main activities of the day. There was so much to do in and around Aviemore that we could happily have spent longer there and the children have been talking about going back everyday since

Aviemore long weekend

This properly is simply fabulous. Coorie lodge exceeded our expectations. Great location over-looking the golf course and the Spey with a small enclosed garden for the furry ones. It’s rooms are spacious and the kitchen is very well equipped. My bugbear when renting is cleanliness but the place was absolutely spotless. Wifi worked well and heating/hot water were easy to control and use. Probably the best accomodation we have rented in the Highlands.

Our new favourite place

We absolutely loved it here. It’s a very special place. The lodge is very spacious, spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable. I don’t sleep well normally in strange beds but the beds here are like clouds. Views over the golf course were stunning. We’re a family of five and it’s the best accommodation we’ve stayed at. We ended up coming a day late as my daughter was unwell and the staff we spoke to on the phone were so understanding, helpful and accommodating. We’ve already booked again for the summer. Thank you so much to Great North Lodges x

Brady Winter Break

This is our 3rd time holidaying at Coorie Lodge and what a wonderful week we had. We were even lucky to have snow which made the holiday even more special. The views from the balcony are absolutely stunning and location perfect to access various walking routes. The lodge had everything we needed and more. We look forward to returning again next year.

Terrific Lodge

Perfect for our family and made the dogs welcome to. Beds extremely comfortable, a must for a holiday. An ice cube tray in freezer would be a plus, other than that a fabulous well equipped lodge.

Fabulous view and location

Love this house as panoramic view out of big windows is so relaxing. Reasonably well equipped, limited toilet paper! and bunk bed mattresses suit smaller children- our teenagers find them uncomfortable now(hence 4 for comfort). Location great for lovely walks, park run, golf and coop etc. Gave 4 for cleanliness as outside veranda hadn’t been swept and table was dirty, but very clean inside property.

New Year 2023/24

Lovely spacious house, great location, quiet but close to the centre of Aviemore. Good walks for the dog. We were a family of 4 and we really enjoyed our stay at Coorie Lodge. Loved the large living room, dining area and the view looking over the golf course towards the mountains. Hope to be back again soon.

Reindeer Heaven

This is one of the best Christmas lodges we can remember. The lodge is wonderful in every aspect. Set in a quiet side road overlooking the golf course. The Christmas decorations were tasteful and the lodge itself was warm and welcoming in the heart of winter. The kitchen is large and extremely well equipped. We cannot recommend Coorie Lodge highly enough

Spring Break

We booked this stay quite last minute and were very happy with the house when we arrived. The house is large and spacious with lovely bedrooms. The kitchen is very well stocked with paraphernalia and we baked and cooked at our leisure. The house is situated a short distance from Aviemore and the view over the golf course makes it seem that you are very remote. We loved our stay and would definitely stay again.

Wonderful property in a perfect location . Comfortable and spacious for families our grandchildren especially enjoyed the balcony and garden .The owner had also left a lovely welcome pack . The view from the lounge was amazing especially during the unfortunately windy weather we had . We had a great holiday, lots of walking enjoying the beautiful scenery of Aviemore and the surrounding area then back to relax in this amazing bungalow.

Fantastic

This is our 3rd visit to Coorie Lodge & we are always amazed at the location, the beautiful home & this time the weather. We have gone since our son was a baby & he loves it. There is so much play space both inside & outside. The kitchen is so well prepared & the garage is fantastic for table tennis & also keeping bikes. We are booking for next year

Great location to relax and explore the Cairngorm area. Lots of space and excellent beds

Great and spacious place to stay. Bit expensive but it has what it says. Kitchen with all amenities available. Beds, closets and bathrooms were excellent. Some smaller issues - terrace light not working and curtains in living room not fit to keep the sun out on hot days. For rainy moments and good temp a covered terrace would be nice. But understand weather was extreme good for area. App is great to find way around. Checking in and out is flawless -no need to contact anyone. Cars were regularly driving down the cycle path early and late- bit noisy.

Our stay at Coorie Lodge

Spent a week in Coorie lodge , beautiful house . Plenty room for 4 adults & 2 children under 5 & of course our dog . Lovely walks close by & short distance to Aviemore , Loch Morlich , Rothiemurcus . Family loved it they all have bikes so cycled a lot. With having our young grandchildren there we would have benefited from having had a whirly gig to dry clothes & wet suits etc but other than that everything was perfect ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A perfect stay!

Our third time staying in a Great North Lodge, and first time in Coorie. Great location - perfect to be right on the cycle path and the dog loved heading into the woods for our walks - being lucky with the weather definitely helped! Handy for a nice walk into the town too. House was spotlessly clean - and the living space in particular is perfect. Complete kitchen envy, with all utensils provided, and we spent many an evening watching the Olympics in the comfortable living space. Lovely to sit on the decking with a book and a cuppa, watching golfers and cyclists pass by. A great place to switch off and relax - thank you for a lovely stay - we’ll be back!
