About this property

A few meters away from the sea, the perfect place to spend a relaxing holididay

Independent villa, consisting of 3 bedrooms +, for a total of 6 beds (possibility of cot for babies), small kitchen, 2 bathrooms (one with tub and one with shower), bright and large living room, covered relaxation terrace and small terrace Solarium on the first floor, independent garden with barbecue, washing machine, TV, outdoor shower.
Wi-fi connection throughout the house.
Surrounded by a green garden, it is the ideal place to spend a pleasant holiday with family or friends.
The location is convenient, just a few steps from the beach.

The property is structured on 2 levels:
On the ground floor there is the living room, a covered relaxation terrace, a kitchenette, a bathroom with shower and two bedrooms (one twin / double and one double).
Upstairs there is a large room with independent double bed with adjoining bathroom and a small terrace overlooking the sea.
On the same level there is a small room with a single bed that can also be used as a wardrobe.
All rooms are simply furnished, with bed, bedside tables and wardrobe.
Upon request are available for a fee, sheets and towels and other accessories.
finally the house is equipped with air conditioning.

The open spaces (terraces and garden) are equipped with table / coffee table, chairs and deck chairs to enjoy the open air space in relaxation and convivial moments.

Some information also on Solanas:
The route is about 36 km from the city of Cagliari and 10 km from the Villasimius road.
In Solanas there are several refreshment points, especially along the beach, such as kiosks, bars and equipped bathing establishments. Also in the small village you can find some mini markets, a butcher, a wine shop, a tobacconist's and a pharmacy, a petrol station and other small services.

Every week, on pre-established days, an open-air market is held near the central square and is a good opportunity to buy directly from vegetables or other typical products such as meats and cheeses, bread and fresh fish.

We had a pleasant stay at Solanas. Andrea, the owner, welcomed us very well. Everything was ready clean in the house and we were welcomed with a large basket of fresh fruit and vegetables. I highly recommend to stay at Andrea’s place. We had a wonderful time

Tolle Unterkunft!

Wir hatten wunderbare 12 Nächte in diesem Ferienhaus (waren bereits zum 2. Mal hier!). Andrea hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und war während des gesamten Aufenthalts immer ansprechbar. Das Ferienhaus ist sauber, es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt (zum Beispiel zum Kochen, auch eine Waschmaschine steht zu freien Verfügung) um einen schönen Urlaub zu verbringen. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen und nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt. Wir waren rundum glücklich und zufrieden. Nochmal vielen herzlichen Dank an Andrea, es war wunderbar! Liebe Grüße Lina und Familie ☺️.

Amazing house, location, and host!!!

We had an amazing stay at Andreas place. Great extremely well equipped house. With sea view and just a couple of steps from the sea and a marvelous beach. But most of all the best host we could find! He made our time there really special. Thanks a lot! Absolutely great!!!

Posizione Strategica e Proprietario TOP

La casa si trova in una posizione strategica per poter raggiungere le migliori spiagge della zona. Il "paese" dove si trova e un po' poco fornito di servizi quindi si è quasi costretti a prendere la macchina. La casa è bella e ha tutto quello che serve, diciamo che con qualche tocco in più potrebbe fare un salto di qualità importante......il locale più sacrificato è sicuramente la cucina. Particolare menzione va ad Andrea il proprietario che è di una gentilezza, squisitezza e disponibilità fuori dal comune per non parlare del ricchissimo "kit" di benvenuto che ci ha fatto trovare. Proprio speciale!!!! Grazie mille ancora!!!

Relaxing & Inviting: 10 wonderful days in Solanas

We have spent 10 wonderful days in the house of Andrea and Francesca in Solanas. The communication upfront and the arrival was more than perfect: a table full of vegetables and fruits and a kitchen well equipped was waiting for us. We felt very welcomed - exceeding any expectation for a holiday home. The house itself is very nicely built: the kids loved that they had their own area with a sleeping room and bathroom and even a roof top terrace. The house had 2 further sleeping rooms and another bathroom, a big living room and a wonderful terrace for sitting outside. Outstanding also a nice green garden that was very inviting for relaxing, reading, barbecue... the house is well equipped even with a washing machine. The beach is very close, around 3 minutes walk, and the sand is very white and nice. The water is clear, you can go snorkeling very well and the water is ideal for children but also if you want to do long swimming rounds. Solanas itself is a nice small quiet place with everything you need for your daily life: some restaurants, some mini markets, a good butcher, café, a wine shop and a gas station. Twice a week there is a wonderful little farmers market and once a week there were some outdoor activities like concert or karaoke singing. During the stay Andrea and Francesca checked on us regularly and helped us with any extra requests immediately. The vacation and the friendliness was simply outstanding - we would LOVE TO COME BACK!!! Kerstin (we were a family of 5)

RELAX COMODITA' ACCOGLIENZA GENUINA E CALOROSA

Siamo stati fortunati! Oltre d una casa accogliente, comoda (DAVVERO VICINO AL MARE) e fresca in questo giugno caldissimo con un giardino splendido rifugio nelle ore più calde, la spiaggia di SOLANAS raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti non ha niente da invidiare per l'arenile e l'acqua limpidissima e colorata alle località più conosciute e frequentate, è stata per noi una stupenda sorpresa. A Francesca e Andrea un grande abbraccio e un genuino grazie per la disponibilità ed immensa accoglienza.....semplicemente fantastici! Stefania

Juillet 2016 à Solanas

Nous avons passé 2 semaines formidables à Solanas Où nous avions loué la maison de Fransesca. La maison est attenante à celle présentée sur les photos de cette annonce mais est très ressemblante, les deux maisons appartiennent à la même famille et bien que simples sont très bien entretenues. Le jardin, trés calme et abrité permet de supporter les heures chaudes et de se détendre aprés une journée de plage. La plage, splendide, est à moins de 200 mètres, elle est assez fréquentée le week end surtout par des italiens et plutôt calme en semaine même en pleine saison. Il est indispensable d'être vehiculé car il n'y a guére de commerces sur place. En revanche à moins de 10 km Villasimus, Station balnéaire plus importante dotée d'un charmant petit centre ville typique, dispose de toutes commodités. La région regorge de plages de sable fin aux eaux turquoise, de criques tranquilles et offre à chaque point de vue des paysages et des panoramas à couper le souffle! Cerise sur le gâteau, Nous avons reçu un accueil chaleureux et généreux, Fransesca avait rempli le frigo de rafraîchissement et la table du séjour était couverte (sans exagérer) de légumes, fruits, pains, pâtisseries, spécialités sardes salées et sucrées, vin de pays... Nous la remercions encore pour sa gentillesse son sourire et toutes ces attentions. Une île à découvrir absolument pour son charme et la gentillesse de ses habitants. Les Decker de Bois Colombes.

sulla casa: nulla da dire, com'è descritta è corretto; piccole correzioni da apportare alle luci esterne ma stiamo cercando la perfezione....mare vicino, bello, molto bello. eravamo in sette con 2 ragazzi di 8 e 16 anni; il posto ha messo daccordo tutti! vicino da vedere Sa Ruxi, spettacolo!!! Porto Giunco non di sabato e domenica; mari pinatu, Villasimius di sera; alcuni consigli spero utili; macelleria di Soalnas ottima, sopratturro x ordibnare il maialino e non perdere tempo e soldi in pseudo agriturismi e pastori; pescheria di villasimius, salendo la prima a sx, da Antonello, dopo evrle girate quasi tutte la migliore era vicino a noi e nemmeno la più cara; cenera a solana va bene nei due ristoranti presenti; la pizza di solanas x me che sono napoletano era più che accettabile, la pizzeria si trova in una traversa, non ricordo il nome; pertenza il 6 agosto con l'effetto Costa crociere nel cuore; due settimane....troppo poche. a presto, grazie Francesca!!! ps: dimenticavo, al ns arrivo abbiamo trovato , olio evo, frutta verdura, pane carasau, miele, savoiardi, e altro, mi scuso ancora con i proprietari x non aver portato le sfolgiatelle promesse, il viaggio le avrebbe rovinate, sono sempre con la ricotta.

Perfect Holiday

House is locate close to the see and you really can walk to with the kids as well. Welcome gift from the house owner very well appreciate. The house is fresh and if you manage the opening close time of the window is not need of any A/C units. In the end is very relaxing and kids love the garden as well. Vacanza all'insegna del relax

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana in pieno relax! La signora Francesca ci ha accolte nella sua bella casa con frutta fresca, pane e birra e vino in frigo! La casa pulitissima, dotata di ogni confort, dalla lavatrice al microonde, dalla biancheria morbida e fresca di bucato al barbecue in giardino. In 5 minuti a piedi si è in spiaggia e in 15 minuti di macchina si raggiungono altre spiagge. Bello il giardino e il terrazzino dove abbiamo fatto le colazioni e le cene e tranquillo il posto per riposare. 10 e lode!

Una casa per una vacanza perfetta.

Una bellissima vacanza a due passi dal mare. La casa era pulita e dotata di tutto il necessario per un confortevole soggiorno. Spazi ampi e ben distribuiti che hanno permesso una comoda vacanza ad una famiglia di ben sette persone. Graditissimo il cesto di frutta e di dolci fattoci trovare come benvenuto da Francesca, la proprietaria della casa. Ottima la posizione: la spiaggia è veramente vicinissima ma da qui é possibile raggiungere con facilità tante altre meravigliose spiagge. Speriamo di tornare presto per una nuova vacanza e ci sentiamo senz'altro di consigliare questa casa a delle altre famiglie.

Siamo stati ospiti (5 adulti) in questa abitazione e abbiamo passato un'ottima vacanza. La casa e' vicino al mare, la spiaggia e' bella, non troppo affollata e con acqua pulita e trasparente. Il paese e' tranquillo e adatto a chi si vuol riposare e fare soprattutto vita di mare. La casa e' spaziosa, pulita e ben attrezzata e il terrazzo e' molto utile per la colazione e la cena all'aperto. La proprietaria Signora Francesca molto disponibile e gentile, ci ha dato valide indicazioni sulle spiagge da visitare e sui ristoranti in zona. Maristella P.

Bella casa per vacanze

Ho passato un'ottima vacanza. La casa e' vicino al mare, la spiaggia e' bella, non troppo affollata e con acqua pulita e trasparente. Il paese e' tranquillo e adatto a chi si vuol riposare e fare soprattutto vita di mare. La casa e' spaziosa, ben attrezzata e il terrazzo e il piccolo giardino molto utili. I proprietari molto simpatici, disponibili e gentili. Insomma proprio la vacanza che desideravo!

Ottima casa tranquilla comoda e ben attrezzata

La casa e' molto carina e la terrazza e il giardino sono molto utili . Decisamente vicino alla spiaggia ma molto tranquilla. La spiaggia e' molto comoda con acqua pulita e trasparente e relativamente poco affollata. Proprio quello che cercavo. Il paese e' anch'esso tranquillo e adatto a chi si vuol riposare. I dintorni molto belli. I proprietari estremamente gentili e disponibili. Insomma proprio la vacanza che desideravo! Ottima vacanza

Super Ferien

Solanas ist ein schöner, kleiner Ferienort. Die Unterkunft liegt 3 Minuten vom schönen Strand entfernt. Die Ferienunterkunft war sehr schön und sauber. Der Garten ist prima zum Frühstücken und entspannen. Wie haben dort zwei prima Wochen verbracht. Vielen Dank nochmal an Francesca

ottimo

abbiamo passato (eravamo in sette) una ottima settimana di ferie. La villetta, ben descritta e fedele nei particolari dell'annuncio, era perfettamente pulita e dotata anche del vettovagliamento necessario per i primi giorni del soggiorno; la proprietaria, S.ra Francesca, molto carina e gentile a soddisfare le nostre esigenze. La spiaggia, molto grande e bella è veramente a due passi, anche se il paese non offre molto ( forse perché inizio stagione) , è stata veramente una bella vacanza, molto rilassante nella più completa quiete. Da consigliare ad amici e nemici maurizio
