Pine Ridge Lodge - a lodge that sleeps 8 guests in 4 bedrooms

Pine Ridge Lodge is a beautifully appointed lodge in Boat of Garten on the Speyside Way, close to the Golf Club, Speyside Steam Railway and The Boat Hotel.

Inside this uniquely designed Lodge split over three levels the living area has a vaulted ceiling, comfy leather sofas, cosy log burner and balcony which has lovely views of the Cairngorm mountain range.

The garden area is south facing and it is completely enclosed. Catch the morning sun on the Breakfast Deck, accessed directly off the kitchen. There is also a BBQ and a Sitooterie to enable the whole group to enjoy the garden all day. There is also a trampoline and table tennis, which is under cover. A large covered hot tub completes this amazing lodge.

Please note: this Lodge is designed to be bookable for families and family groups, other groups must contact us before booking. This property is not able to accept bookings from Stag or Hen parties.

Lovely stay

We had a lovely stay at Pine ridge lodge. The location is ideal for the holiday we enjoy (walking and spending time with family).The layout of the house was great. We were 6 adults 2 babies and 2 dogs the tiered layout allowed for everyone to have their own space while the communal areas allowed for a good family catch up.

Magnificent setting for Highland Break

Fantastic Lodge in the beautiful Boat of Garten

A stunningly presented lodge within the pretty village of the Boat of Garten. Very well presented, well equipped and very comfortable lodge. The hot tub is a wonderful additional and the wildlife in the garden was amazing, with lots of birds and red squirrels. Plenty of good walks from the door for the dogs. The greater Aviemore area is beautiful with the mountains and lochs. Would highly recommend this wonderful lodge.

Family reunion.

Our family get together was made perfect by this lodge. We're all nature lovers, and the amount of wildlife that came to the garden meant we didn't have to go walking everyday to see anything. Location wise, it was great for walks right from the doorstep. The Lodge catered for everything we needed, and to sit on an evening in the hot tub, with the milky way visible above, made the whole experience magical. We'll definitely be back again.

Perfect location and ideal house

Everything about Pine Ridge Lodge was spot on. Exactly as described, very clean and welcoming. Perfect surroundings close to Aviemore, but still very quiet. Lots of extras (games, DVDs, etc, etc) available - which was a really nice touch.

Amazing home in a fantastic location!

We’ve stayed in many properties with GNL and have never had any issues, and their communication has always been great. Pine Ridge Lodge is an amazing home and my family and I loved it here. Location is fantastic, house very roomy and comfortable and the garden is perfect for our wee dog. Already booked again for next year!

Perfect holiday home.

We had a fantastic break away at Pine Ridge Lodge, the house is very well equipped and had everything we needed for our stay. We were pretty lucky with the weather and were able to make use of the barbecue and garden. The location is perfect with beautiful views and ideal for walking being right on the Speyside Way. We all wished we could have stayed longer and will definitely be making a return visit.

First time stay at Pine Ridge Lodge and we were not disappointed. Everything you could need to make for a comfortable home from home. Clean and beautiful views. We loved the hot tub and used it every afternoon. The table tennis was an unexpected delight and provided many hours of laughter Lovely walk both by road and forrest to the local restaurants. Local shop and post office has all you need to keep you going We highly recommend staying here

What an amazing week we had at Pine Ridge Lodge. The accommodation was very special, warm and welcoming. The beds were super comfy and all our needs were catered for. We also really enjoyed watching the wildlife around the Lodge. Hopefully we will be able to return again in the future.

Beautiful house in Boat o Garten

A lovely well equipped house with some glorious views. House was clean and comfortable and (apart from a milk jug..) had everything we needed for our break. We loved the hot tub and the tranquil garden had various spots to sit out and watch woodpeckers and red squirrels which visited. The house is quietly situated with direct access to the forest which is great for morning walkies, but just a quick trip from the Cairngorms without the hustle and bustle of Aviemore. Thoroughly recommend.

Wonderful week!

A great place to stay for our family get together, loved everything about the house and large gardens. Stunning location and views. Comfortable, clean, well equipped accommodation, everything we needed, perfect! Walks directly from the door, good pub and restaurant within walking distance. Hot tub fab after a good days walking. Great North Lodges very kind and considerate when we had to rearrange due to major illness. Would highly recommend this company and property.

Impressive and spacious property

We booked Pine Ridge Lodge as a family holiday during autumn and had a superb week considering we had travelled north through storm Ciaran to get to the lodge. There were so many things to do from walks and cycling to just enjoying the peaceful surroundings and wildlife close to the lodge. We especially enjoyed the hot tub at the end of a busy day. We really did not want to leave and could happily have stayed for at least another week!

An Old Friend

Having returned again to Pine Ridge Lodge, it is like coming back to an old friend. The location of the lodge is perfect and while some elements may be considered a little dated it is very comfortable and clean and perfect for any size party from 2 up to full occupancy, especially with the secure gardens which are perfect for a furry 4-legged member of the family. A great base to either just sit back and relax or to venture out and enjoy what the region has to offer. Having stayed at a number of different lodges this is the one I keep returning to.

Break at Pineridge Lodge

As we drove up to the Lodge a Fawn decided to join us in the garden - what a great start to our holiday . Weather was so hot we spent a great deal of time enjoying all of the outside seatings and hot tub. Loved how spacious the Lodge was , light streaming through windows gave amazing views of The Cairngorms. Able to walk to Anderson’s restaurant was a bonus. Will definitely return.
