Beautiful spacious villa, well appointed and great location

The pool was great, large enough for plenty of fun. The villa had all the appliances and home comforts we needed. Secure, stunning views, spacious and of high quality. Not a criticism, but I hadn’t realised the two ground floor bedrooms were accessed outside - not a huge problem (the girls loved their space!) but I would have noticed this on a floor plan had there been one.

Gorgeous villa with spectacular views

This stunning villa is even better than depicted in the photos! It is perfect for a family as there is plenty of space inside and out and the kitchen has every amenity imaginable. We loved the pool and the spacious terrace as well as the panoramic views to the mountains and Pollensa bay. We are a family of four so we did not use the extra space on the lower ground floor as there was ample space (3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms) on the ground floor. The living areas are comfortable and light-filled - just lovely! We had a wonderful holiday which was enhanced by the great communication and information provided before and during our trip by the villa owner, the lovely house manager and Balearic Villas. Thank you!

Fabulous!

We loved the commanding views over the bay and countryside and the welcoming gentle breeze. The magnificent pool is large and has 3 levels of depth. The delightful garden is well equipped with multiple sun loungers and outdoor shower. The kitchen is extremely well designed and has multiples of anything you need. Beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms are so well appointed. Coralie who welcomed us on arrival (it was late!) couldn’t have been more helpful. We really appreciated the welcome pack left for us, as it was late and we had no chance to get provisions ourselves. Coralie is a gem. She even found an item my son had mislaid and posted it on. The girls in the office were so helpful and very prompt with all replies. I would highly recommend ‘Balearic Villa’s’ Nothing to improve on this property. If I was to be picky I’d say stripes in the pool to indicate level drops. I managed to hit my shins a couple of times. Only my pride was wounded! Also the road up to the property is quite bumpy. This is not a villa for young children. The youngest in our party was 16 so it was perfect.

Unglaublich...

Unser absolutes Highlight: die liebevoll gestaltete Terrasse (bzw. der Garten) mit den vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten – dabei der Blick auf Puerto Pollensa und (!) zur anderen Seite die Serra de Tramuntana – da kann man den ganzen Tag verbringen. Unser zweites Highlight: die komfortable, große, liebevoll eingerichtete Küche mit Blick zum Wohn-/Essbereich. Auch das ahnt man ja schon auf den Fotos … Was uns außerdem extrem positiv überrascht hat: dass die Villa unglaublich gut gepflegt ist – so etwas haben wir vorher und nachher in keinem anderen Objekt mehr so erlebt. Besten Dank!
