This fantastic villa is situated in the tourist resort of Quinta da Balaia (Albufeira), near the beaches of the western Algarve and the main towns of the Algarve (Faro, Loulé, Lagos, Portimão, among others). It is also close to major access routes to Algarve (A22, A2 and N125) and just 30 minutes from Faro International Airport.
The house is in a private condominium with swimming pool and own garden, allowing you to enjoy holiday in peaceful surroundings.
With a total area of ??230 m2, the house consists of a living room with fireplace and a kitchen fully equipped. It has 4 double bedrooms, all with private bathroom and guest toilet.
Outside is a porch and a very nice garden with a pool properly protected, barbecue and a dining area.

Location was perfect

The villa was amazing perfect location 5 mins away from night life and beach in a taxi approx 6 euro for 6 people. No Air conditioning but the property manager was kind enough to provide fans . She was such a pleasant and helpful woman. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend for families

Lovely stay lovely Villa

The Villa itself and the neighbourhood itself was lovely, only downside was no shop or bar within a 30minute walk but Uber is so cheap and finds the Villa it wasn't an issue. Aldi is only a 10min car ride for a big shop. The garden of the Villa is lovely and big. Pool was ideal and the kids loved it. There is a lovely restaurant within a 20/25 minute walk called Portobello.

Not a luxury villa

So disappointed to spend the first day of our visit setting the villa up from scratch, ie cleaning materials, bin liners, bbq fuel, matches etc. Not one basic item was supplied throughout the building. We expected to buy food but not basic household items.

Very suitable for families with the fenced pool etc plenty of rooms. Marida could be contacted whenever needed and checked regularly for clean towels etc. Would be helpful if some info could be left to advise how long walking to shop/eating place/taxi contact and cost to supermarkit and albufeira town/ any bus routes. The house was really nice. All you need was there and a nice connection to the garden with swimmingpool. We have enjoyed our stay. The park where the house is located has an old not maintained part and a more recent developed part where this house is located. The last day we had neighbours, a group of young people, that produced quite some noice.
