Large Spacious 4 Bed Villa With Private Pool, Air Conditioning And Heated Pool

Villa Segunda is very spacious, light and modern villas set in their own fenced garden area both with private large swimming pool, gardens and terraces. Situated on the outskirts of Albufeira. It is ideally suited for families wanting private space yet only a short distance to beaches, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. With a light modern feel the villa has quality furnishings and fittings with a large fitted kitchen with quality appliances. A BBQ and laundry room its a spacious villa with extensive outdoor areas.

Pool heating provided for an extra charge of 200 euros per week. Need to be required at least 3 days before check in.

Every guest that is 13 years old or older will be charged a Tourist Tax at check in (2€ per person per night - up to 7 nights).
