This home is pet-friendly, with a $200 non-refundable fee. Casa Carmen is located on the beachside in the Bluewater subdivision. The living room and kitchen's open concept allows everyone to be a part of the family fun even while cooking meals. The kitchen table is perfect for meals, puzzles, or a friendly game of cards. The primary bedroom has a queen bed, a twin bed, and an attached bathroom. Bedroom two has a queen bed and a single bed. The third bedroom has a full bed along with a single bed. There is a guest bathroom with a step-in shower. The deck is great for catching a sunrise while sipping your morning coffee. Downstairs, there is space for sitting and enjoying the afternoon with friends and family while cooking burgers on the grill. There is a concrete area with a basketball goal for children to enjoy a basketball game. There is also an additional parking area for a boat or trailer. Casa Carmen is a few rows from the beach, but you can still get a water view. The beach is a short walk, or a quick golf cart and vehicle ride away. Casa Carmen has no internet, so don’t forget to bring a hotspot if internet is a must. Come and enjoy a peaceful time at Casa Carmen and disconnect from the world.
Even when provided, internet access TV/cell service can be unreliable on the Bolivar Peninsula. We are a rural community. We apologize, but Bolivar Escapes cannot guarantee that these amenities will be working during your stay. We cannot offer refunds for the disruption of these services. This home might have an outdoor camera(s) to monitor the exterior of the home. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting, or obscuring the camera(s) is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund of outstanding nights’ rent. If a home has a lift or elevator, it is not for the renter's use unless otherwise stated in comments or with permission from Bolivar Escapes.
We provide linens and bath towels in every house, and standard beds are made for your arrival. Linens will be provided in the home for all sleeper sofas, trundles, and pull-out bedding. Paper products, other than toilet tissue and paper towels, and cleaning supplies are not included.
We provide a starter pack consisting of the items below. Please bring anything else you will need:
1 roll of paper towels
3 white kitchen trash bags
2 dishwasher tab (if applicable)
2 laundry tab (if applicable)
1 small dish soap
1 dish sponge
2 rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom
Small bar hand soap per bathroom
1 trial size of shampoo/conditioner per full bath
1 beauty bar per bath
Small salt and pepper
Small cooking oil
There will also be a bath towel set for each guest
