Renters Must Be 25 years of age or older to rent. Casa Carmen is a quaint cozy home. It is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home accommodating 9 guests. This home is pet friendly allowing small pets with a $200 Non- refundable fee. Casa Carmen is located on the beachside in the Bluewater subdivision. This home is an open floor plan great for sitting and enjoying the afternoon with friends and family while cooking some burgers on the grill. There is a concrete area with a basketball goal for children to enjoy a game of basketball. There is also an additional parking area for a boat or trailer. Casa Carmen is a few rows from the beach, but you are still able to see the beautiful view of the ocean. There is also easy access to the beach via walking, Golf Cart, or vehicle.
Casa Carmen has no internet, so don’t forget to bring a hot spot if internet is a must. This home is great for spending time with family and disconnecting from the “real” world. Come and enjoy a peaceful time at Casa Carmen! This home is pet friendly and allows up to 2 dogs (no heavier than 40 lbs.) with a non-refundable fee of $200.00.

We provide linens and bath towels in every house and standard beds are made for your arrival. Paper products and cleaning supplies are not included.

There is a starter pack consisting of the items below, please bring anything else you will need:

3 white kitchen trash bags
2 dishwasher tab (if applicable)
2 laundry tab (if applicable)
1 sponge
1 small dish soap
2 roll toilet paper per toilet
Small bar hand soap
Beauty Bar per bath
Trial Shampoo/Conditioner per full bath

Don't forget the beach towels, bug spray and sunscreen! Enjoy parasailing, sunset cruises, putt-putt, swim up bars, etc., on our beautiful peninsula!
This home might have an outdoor camera(s) to monitor the exterior of the home. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting or obscuring the camera(s) is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund of outstanding nights’ rents.
If a home has a lift or elevator, it is not for renter use unless otherwise stated in comments or with permission from Bolivar Escapes.
