Beautiful Beach House for Rent
Located in Crystal Beach TX on the Bolivar peninsula, this spacious beach house is about 1200 square ft, has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and sleeps 8. The house is on the beach side of the highway and only a short 5 minute walk to the beach. The house is located in the Tidelands division and is right across the street from the Stingaree seafood restaurant and only a short drive to many of the town stores and Water Park and only about a 15 minute drive to the Galveston ferry. Fish in the surf or the bay, both are only a short walk or drive.

Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Set the thermostat to the seasonal setting Place the patio furniture back inside (except the metal rockers- stack them on the deck) Empty all trash into bags and take it to the trash bin by the street
NOTE: Housekeeping does not clean outside. Any trash or cigarette butts should be placed in the trash bags prior to putting them in the trash bins.
Do not strip the beds. Double check your laundry to make sure that none of ours inadvertently got mixed in. Make sure that the door is locked before you place the keys back in the key safe.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
