About this property

Beautiful Ocean View Condo w/ Full Balcony (2nd floor)

Condo 206 South at Shore Villas is located on a “no drive” beach. A beautiful two bedroom/two bath, direct oceanfront condo on the Atlantic!
You can enjoy watching the sunrise from the condo's full balcony with both living room and master bedroom sliding doors opening on it.
The condo is fully equipped and updated with range, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. Cooking utensils, dishes are included, as well as linens.
The master bedroom has a king bed to wake up to the sunrise, or to just relax until noon. You’ll have a private bathroom in the master bedroom with shower. The guest room has 1 Queen bed and Twin bunkbeds. There is a shower and tub combination in this bathroom.
Condo is located on second floor of the South building with elevator or stairway just outside your door if you prefer.
Since we are a small complex, only 33 units total, parking is easy. Also, extra parking is available for boats and trailers across the street in our private lot.
Enjoy our large swimming pool, then just step down to the ocean! Our beach is a great walking beach, bicycling, or just sun-bathing, playing games, etc.
We’re 12 miles from Daytona Beach, and approximately 60 miles from Orlando, FL. Many fine restaurants are available in New Smyrna Beach, as well as parks and playgrounds. Also, have fun shopping at specialty shops on Flagler Avenue! PLEASE NOTE THE POOL IS GOING TO BE RESURFACED FROM APRIL 27th- MAY 18th, 2026 AND THEREFORE NO POOL ACCESS. HOWEVER BEACH ACCES IS STILL AVAILABLE.
