Newly renovated large holiday apartment with style and class at the higher level with kitchen, bathroom, three bedrooms, guest toilet, living room and large balcony, offers plenty of space for 2-7 people.

The large apartment has a kitchen, dining room, living room, large bathroom with toilet, guest toilet, two bedrooms each with a double bed and another bedroom with a double bed on the 2nd floor, which can be reached via the stairs in the living room.

The living room with flat screen TV offers additional sleeping options on the sofa with sleeping function if required.

After swimming at Lake Chiemsee or on the Alz, after cultural excursions such as visits to numerous sights and breweries, a large south-west facing balcony with seating invites you to enjoy the sunsets and end the day.

The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, ceramic hob and coffee machine. Tea towels are included.

Beautiful apartment, great hosts! The check in process was a little confusing as we were not aware we were supposed to meet the host in person to check in but they were readily available via phone and cleared up the confusion.Comfortable beds, very clean nice apartment, plenty of room for all 7 of us. Kids especially appreciated access to the trampoline, pool and basketball hoop in yard. Hosts were very friendly and gracious, highly recommend this location!

Geräumige, top ausgestattete Ferienwohnung in herrlicher Lage

Freundliche Vermieter, Wohnung in top Zustand und sehr sauber, alles da was man sich wünscht, viel Platz und Stauraum. Netter kleiner Spazierweg direkt zum Fluss, zu Fuß bei einer guten Gaststätte gewesen, alles top!
